The tour guide Sophie is amazing. We booked very late at night and arranged a private tour at the last minute. Sorphea knows some hidden places along the way. As a photographer, I really appreciate this. Before we reached the waterfall, he took us on a gourmet and cultural journey. highly recommended.
Litchi Mountain is about 15 kilometers north of the Queen's Palace. The road conditions along the way are not good. The road conditions are all red soil roads. The road conditions in the mountains are even worse. The roads are bumpy and uneven. Toyota vehicles sway in the woods. Both sides of the road are tall litchi trees and virgin forests. Although the driver Xiao Du paid great attention to avoiding potholes on the road, he was still lifted many times, and it took more than an hour to reach the scenic spot on the road. To Lizhi Mountain, you usually have to visit the three scenic spots marked in the picture above, namely the Reclining Buddha, Water Sculpture and the Great Waterfall. There are restaurants in the parking lot of the Great Falls for tourists to eat and rest. Walking out of the parking lot of the Reclining Buddha Scenic Area, you first saw a statue on the square, surrounded by vendors doing business and children begging for sweets. The uphill road is a long stairway, and two elephants greet tourists and pilgrims from afar at the crossing of the mountain. Going up and passing the exquisite snake-head statue, there is a tall tower gate. Inside the tower stand three Buddha statues with patterns carved on the top of the gate. Continue on to reach the highest point here-the Reclining Buddha Temple on the top of the mountain. In the temple with a pointed roof lies a reclining Buddha carved from a huge sandstone. The temple was built after the carving of the Buddha statue. This is where the Cambodians pilgrimage. Hall. There is also a small pagoda temple below the temple where pilgrims and tourists can enter incense. You have to take off your hat and shoes before you enter the temple of the Reclining Buddha. Don't forget to put on your socks when you step on the high stone steps, which are so hot. Our feet can't stand the hot ground. From the Reclining Buddha Temple, you can see a statue of Buddha sitting in the huge stone cave, and a monk next to it is chanting sutras to the believers.
The main thing here is that there is a waterfall, but it is really not that good. The ticket is quite expensive and more than 100 yuan. I think it is really worthless. The attractions here are really too ordinary. And the travel experience is not good.
The scenery here is really ordinary in China, even the waterfall is very small, but if it is used as a place to adjust the time of going to Angkor Wat for a few days, it is fine.
