Photos of Fengchenghe Peach Garden

Fengchenghe Peach Garden is situated in Fengchenghe Scenic Area, near Taizhou Old Street. It is the theme garden in "The Peach Blossom Fan", a work written by Kong Shangren, a Qing playwright, in Taizhou. The garden contains Taizhou's four greatest cultural characteristics: history, opera, custom, and trading. Walking through the scenic area will feel like walking through a long gallery on Chinese opera culture. The buildings have a unique atmosphere. The core attraction is the Chen Hut, which is reconstruction of Ming and Qing architecture. In addition, there are replica old buildings, such as Marble Boat and Qingfeng Pavilion.
