The locaction is perfect, right at the heart of old quebec. The hostel offers a complimentary walking tour of the city for guests, that was really interesting. Front desk were very nice and provided us with great recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast and cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. There were several nice shared spaces for the guests to enjoy, coffee maker and vending machine for drinks at extra cost.

Conveniently located for exploring the city, close to the metro and bus station. It's a capsule hotel where you have an electronic card for a large luggage locker, a locker for shoes (on a lower level, in the basement), and you can enter the capsule area with sandals using the same card. The bathrooms are cleaned several times a day, and the shower water was excellent. They provide towels as a deposit for 5 Canadian dollars, which is refunded upon checkout. The internet works very well.

The hotel is very close to the airport. It is not half an hour. It is about 60 knives. The hotel is very close to the city. The environment is very good. The front desk service is also very good. It is close to the TD Bank supermarket. There is breakfast but there are not many varieties. I have not changed the taste for a few days. 118 Canadian dollars a day is not expensive. Will stay again and recommend friends and relatives around 👍

The breakfast was very limited - just a paper bag with one muffin, juice box, youghurt and one egg. Rooms were clean and nice location for visiting the Lac Magentic but no restaurants next door.

Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli was a very comfortable stay. The Queen room we stayed in was very large and had everything we needed, including a microwave, coffee machine, and mini fridge. We were able to watch movies with a smart TV in the room. The location was right off the highway, and there was a grocery store and restaurants nearby to get food. The free breakfast in the morning was great with fresh waffles that we could make at the breakfast station. I feel that Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli is a really good price for what amenities they provide.

The hotel name was different from the one I booked on Ctrip. I searched Google Maps several times and finally checked the door number before I dared to go in. It's comparable to Home Inn hotels in China, with great value for money. It's very convenient to walk 200 meters to the three-rail interchange station.

The breakfast could be more complete. In addition, on the second day, the juices were no longer available, so no juice for the young, there was no cheese. Considering the price paid. lunch is very frugal. There may be more unsugar (creams, more cheese), air conditioning is noisy, but it seems to be like everywhere.

AAnonymous UserGood location, close to other services (restaurant, coffeeshop..), close to downtown . Room is large enough, can be cleaner around back door, fresher odor is needed. Staff is ok, some use language more fluently than others. Kitchen/ breakfast is full, relaxing. Parking is safe

CCarmen CarmelinaVery unique looking decor. Everything looked new and was very clean. Super amenities. I prefer hotels to Air BnB and this had the extras like a stove, fridge, cooking pots and pans, dishes, utensils, kettle, and a N'Espresso machine. There is even a Metro grocery store around the corner and restaurants outside The downsides are that it appears to be in an ”interesting” part of town (I would not be comfortable walking alone as a woman), and stairs, no elevator. It was a challenge to bring up the luggage even to the second level. Otherwise a great place in Quebec City and within walking distance to the train station, which is why I chose it.

LLinda F.The location is honestly 10/10. It’s very safe. Don’t expect high quality food for the morning breakfast. Am not even sure they serve real eggs. The parking is right under the building. But it was very full I had to wait hours before getting a parking spot.

VVincentJust a few minutes from the Upper Promenade, with a lovely casual feeling and comfortable rooms. Shared toilet but always very clean and never a wait. Front desk staff were really friendly. Enjoyed the shared coffee, kettle, microwave and fridge at reception. An enjoyable 3 night stay. Recommended.

GGuest UserPros: The rooms are big, clean, comfortable, and have everything you need. The breakfast is quite abundant and varied; it would only need some boiled eggs, cheese, or another source of protein to be perfect. The reception staff are friendly and polite. Cons: The pet fee is ridiculously high ($40, and they also charge taxes on top of that, which makes no sense). Total = $46. It is the highest pet fee I paid during my trip from Montreal to Calgary. For example, in Ontario, Winnipeg, and Saskatchewan, many motels don’t even charge a pet fee. What some other places do is charge a refundable deposit in case of damages, rather than a non-refundable fee for no particular reason. For this reason, I would not return. Noise: You can hear absolutely everything from the adjacent rooms. In fact, a couple was arguing quite loudly and aggressively during my stay, including shouting, which affected my sense of safety. Staff members who were nearby at the time, should be vigilant and intervene in this kind of situation.

JJoyful SoloThis was my second time staying here. The location is very convenient — it’s in downtown, just a few minutes’ walk to the subway, and close to restaurants and supermarkets. However, the room itself is quite old. I could clearly hear people walking in the room above, as well as toilets flushing from the next room. Basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided, but no slippers or toothbrush were included. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I had requested a room facing the main road, but I was given one facing an interior light well with a direct view into another room, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. Breakfast was just okay — it fills you up, but the selection is limited. On the plus side, the coffee machine in the lobby is great, and tea and water are available anytime. Overall, a bit pricey for what you get — I stayed Sunday and Monday night and paid almost $300 CAD (before tax).

GGuest UserI had an outstanding stay at this hotel and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was quick, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained. We came to ski at Le Massif, Mont-Sainte-Anne, and Stoneham, and stayed for three nights. The location was very convenient — about 20 minutes from Le Massif and 15 minutes from Mont-Sainte-Anne. The price was very affordable, and the whole place was extremely clean. There’s no breakfast included, but the hotel has a large shared kitchen that is fully equipped: lots of pots and pans, plates, utensils, and even cooking oil, salt, pepper, and some snacks — all free. There are plenty of dining tables, and there’s also a pool table where we could relax in the evenings. Overall, this hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a great value. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

Oontheroad2001The room did not have much evaluation, and the quality of service needed to be written. The boss is Chinese and very good. The front desk is uneven. The big man on Monday night is the only one who is reliable. The worst thing is the uncle on Tuesday night, who has no truth in his mouth, and is raped and stupid. It is a miracle that such a miracle can find a job.
