I came to Zhangye for one reason only: to stay at the Silk Road Walker Youth Hostel! Once you check in, you'll feel right at home. The owners are incredibly kind and the place is unbelievably clean – even cleaner and more comfortable than many hotels I've stayed in. Since I'm a light sleeper, I booked a private room, and it was super quiet at night, so I wasn't disturbed at all! If you need help with your itinerary, you can ask the owners directly; they'll arrange everything perfectly for you, and the prices are even better than booking elsewhere. There are also three adorable, well-behaved, and super friendly cats that are just so soft and cuddly – a cat lover's dream! After dinner, you can hang out in the common area and chat with other guests. I made several new friends there, all young and easy to talk to. Finally, I've attached some travel photos~

This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at along the Hexi Corridor. Everything was excellent. The front desk service was warm and attentive; the lobby was very cozy, and as soon as you walk in, the front desk staff warmly offer you a hot cup of tea, instantly making you feel welcome. Check-in was quick, and no deposit was required. You need to use your key card to access the elevators, which made me feel very secure. The hotel's smart robot can even deliver food orders to your room, which is super convenient. The room had hot water, air conditioning, and heating. The shower water was nice and hot, and the room had great natural light, with sunlight coming in during the afternoon – it was incredibly comfortable. The mattress was so comfortable that I slept soundly until morning. When checking out, the lovely lady at the front desk even gave us recommendations for local Zhangye cuisine and tourist attractions.

The room is clean and tidy, and the price-performance ratio is high. The single room booked for 32 yuan a night actually has a double bed. However, the shared bathroom is poor and the squat toilet will splash water. However, the price is low enough that it is not a problem. Overall, the living experience is good.

The room was small for a family room, and we were unable to make the air conditioning unit work well, thus my children had problems to sleep. However, the staff were very helpful, and I recommend the hotel because of the staff and the location, with nice restaurants nearby. I recommend to the hotel the installation of slow car charging stations in the parking, as it would create a new source of revenue

I stayed in a 4-person room. The room was minimalist and medium-small, with lockers – basic but comfortable. The common area is stylish and inviting, with plenty of seating, cozy corners, plants, kettles, and power outlets, though it’s on a high floor with a glass ceiling – warm when hot, cozy when cold, and the few fans aren’t always enough. The staff at the desk were friendly, laundry facilities available, though no snacks or cold drinks. The area is urban, among regular buildings, so not particularly attractive from the outside, but within walking distance to the museum and the metro station, with a large supermarket and several food options nearby. Overall, a decent place to stay in Lanzhou.

The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, warmly and comfortably decorated, and the bedding is soft and clean, allowing people to have a good rest. The facilities in the room are all well-maintained and very convenient to use. The hotel's environment is also very elegant, and the public areas are clean and tidy.

This hotel is simply fantastic! It's a brand new hotel, having opened just recently this year. The room was a pleasant surprise as soon as I walked in – it's incredibly spacious, the bedding is super soft, the Simmons mattress offers the perfect balance of softness and firmness, and all the linens feel brand new! The bathroom features a convenient dry/wet separation, and all the towels are disposable. Plus, there's a very practical little seating nook. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. A special shout-out to the tall young lady who recommended a fantastic BBQ restaurant; the grilled lamb skewers and lamb trotters there were absolutely divine! It was far superior to that food court, proving that to truly enjoy local cuisine, trusting local recommendations is always the best choice! Overall, this is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at since my Qinghai-Gansu loop tour from Xining, and I'll definitely be recommending it to all my friends!

Hygienic: A very clean hotel, the area is clean, the room is very good, there is no messy smell, the bathroom is very clean. Service: The front desk service lady is beautiful and polite, with a pair of beautiful eyes, good speech, and the health aunt also cleans up the room every day to clean up the garbage in time. The supermarket is downstairs, shopping is very convenient, there is a parking lot in front of the door, parking is also convenient, there are many restaurants around, eating is convenient, what you want to eat!

When I first arrived at the hotel, I saw that the front door was inconspicuous. I remembered the room I saw on Ctrip. I had high hopes. The front desk quickly checked me in and sent me a travel guide. We booked a three-room family suite. I was very happy when I opened the door. The quiet room was bright and clean. There were buckwheat hearts in the pillows and the quilt was silk. The store owner was very attentive. The front desk also sent mineral water in the hot summer. The store owner was very considerate. I also made a return visit after checking out. The store owner was very sincere. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around the hotel. It is not far from the provincial government subway station and a 3-minute walk from the Zhangye Road Vegetable Market. I will stay here again when I go to Lanzhou next time.

The place itself is not really fancy, really easy taken but that’s what you get for the price. The only thing I would strongly suggest is to change the materass, really thin and hard.
