Because the itinerary changed, I stayed for another night. Although the kitchen facilities are not very big, they are fully equipped and have simple seasonings. Someone often cleans them, so they are very clean and very good!
We arrived later afternoon Andy received us with biscuits what a warm welcome. It has a homely feel with old school locking key, had a fish supper which compliments to the chef Peter was fabulous, great dinner atmosphere with other guests at restaurant and bar/lounge.
Spacious clean room, quality linen and warm enough one minus next door guy snored through our walls (not hotel's fault).
The hot breakfast was served to order which is fab as it gets to you hot and fresh also avoiding waste and dry dull food. So keep it up guys. And keep getting everyone up early enough.

Because of the self-driving tour of Scotland, the hotel is about 20 minutes drive from Inverness. It is also close to Loch Ness. In fact, the hotel is a bit like a homestay. There are not many rooms. If you live on the 3rd floor, it is a bit difficult to carry your luggage upstairs. It is not hard to carry a hand luggage. That is, the English breakfast is very rich, and the hotel price is high.
Hostel hotel. Very quiet nearby. Walk 15 minutes to the downtown area. There is a parking lot. Breakfast is to be done by yourself and the hotel supplies all materials and equipment. Overall feels good
Great place to stay! Very cozy and right next to the music shop on Church Street, so really central.
Comfortable bed and really great shower. Have to say it was lovely to have shampoo and conditioner provided that wasn’t like washing up liquid. Would happily stay there again.
Only stayed for one night
Very convenient for driving.
But the hotel is remote, it will be troublesome if there is no car
And there are no street lights nearby at night, it will be a bit scary
But drive ten minutes directly to the nearby city center
Free parking downstairs, very good
There is no elevator in the hotel, you can only carry your luggage upstairs.
The hotel is self-check in
At the beginning, the password error needs to call the customer service phone to deal with the password problem before opening the door.
But the problem was solved soon.
Location not that great, depends on dinner only on the stores in retail park
Very Good

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and clean. The only hiccup was that, at first, we got a room with a double bed despite booking a family room on Trip.com. When I asked the reception staff, she said there was no family room per se in the building, and in the booking that they had, it didn't say that I wanted a family room or how many people would be sleeping in the room. For them, a family room is a room with a double bed and an extra bed. The staff managed to change our room to one with an extra bed ready, so it wasn't a problem.

AAnonymous UserWe arrived a little later and had already checked in, but the aunt was very good and was still waiting for us, and the hotel environment was very good, there was a kitchen, a lounge, and free parking. Staying here in the morning, you can see the mountains and lakes, very good. When you come, it is recommended to buy some food in the supermarket on the road. It is not convenient to buy food here.

GGuest UserJames and his wife Sandra are very interesting folk who have travelled in India extensively. They are tuned in to what a backpacker needs and appreciates
