Positive points : Beach is beautiful, many drinking and well-frozen options, a variety of food and well-tempered, large and well-aired room, always happy and educated staff. Negative points : Cheque in very long time, structure on the beach well disorganised without table, sunguards insufficient for the number of guests, if not waking early is without. The air conditioned of the super old and noisy room, when we arrived the room was missing the wheelchair and covered, and the cleaning had to be made every day at the reception. Without telling that one of the days at the time of cleaning the room I went to wait in the outlet to not stick and how the door was opening with the wind the shepherd passed the key because only the trunk did not hold the door and when she finished cleaning forgot I was stuck and held in the lock for more than an hour, if I hadn't had my cell phone in the hand to ask for help from my family, I would have stayed there all day until someone appears ( total lack of attention from the official), I suggest that the hotel makes a better training of your team to not happen more facts like that with any other guest.

The hotel is wonderful, with me good, comfortable beds, activities for children, everything very clean and organized. My only problem was that they wanted to charge me beyond what I had already paid, arguing that my accommodation was less than what was described in my voucher. They reported that the information sent by the trip would be from Junior chalet with different specifications. After a lot of question I didn't pay the value and led our entry, but I could not have access to the voucher in going by the trip to them.
