Rex Hotel

Great location with many popular tourist spots and plenty of authentic local food nearby! However, the hotel is a bit dated with an old-fashioned interior, and the in-room air conditioning needs improvement. The hotel breakfast is just okay, but they do have pho.

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful. The location was great and everyone was so friendly. The only disappointing parts were that the complimentary spa experience wasn't great and the swimming pool was poorly maintained. We've already raised this issue with the hotel management internally, so we hope to see some improvements. The breakfast was delicious, though the menu changed daily—it was a bit of a pity not to be able to have my favorite dishes again the next day, but the pho was seriously amazing. The manager was exceptionally kind!

The environment is very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the service is great.

Although the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent, truly befitting a 5-star hotel. The breakfast restaurant also had a classic ambiance with a good variety of dishes. However, the room would be fine for a solo traveler, but for couples or more, it might be better to choose a different room type rather than a Deluxe Room.

Always excellent service whenever I visit. The breakfast selection is extensive, with new variations daily to keep things interesting. Even though it's located right on Nguyen Hue Street, the environment is quiet and relaxing.
