Le Meridien Saigon

It is located in the district 1 and quite close to the central town. The river view is nice!

I stayed in Le Meridien Saigon for more than 20 times. My stay last week was terrible. I smelled cigarette in my room at 4:30am. I immediately called front desk. They said they would check, but the situation was not improved. It's also disappointing that the juice bar in the breakfast was gone.

We have booked our staycation in HCMC for one night at Le Meridien Saigon. The hotel has a great location with good service. The room was also nice. They also have free flow of ice cream for kids from 12pm to 13pm. We thought that our kid could enjoy the swimming pool here as much as he could. However, the hotel has not mentioned anything on Trip app that their swimming pool has been under maintenance. They have offered us to go to Renaissance hotel with complimentary taxis but it was not so convenient. I think they should mention about the pool maintenance on Trip app so that travellers can consider to book or not. At the reception, they have offered us to upgrade to river view room at the rate of VND 500,000 and we accepted as we thought the rate was reasonable. The room view was stunning during day time but while we were sleeping, it was too bright and in the morning (around 6am), the sunshine came straight to our eyes. The window curtains are too thin and for decoration only. The rest of our stay is good, only two inconvenient things.
