This is a great hotel! It's very close to Guzi Store, where my child wanted to go, just a 7-8 minute walk. The hotel lobby has a very unique Shanghai charm, and there are many snack options nearby. You can easily grab breakfast next door.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, so you can just step out and start exploring. After walking until your legs are tired, you can head back to the hotel for a quick rest 😂, then continue your shopping spree. It's awesome!

It took me a long time to choose a hotel for our first stay in Shanghai, and I am so pleased with Chalet Hotel as our stay! The location is so convenient and close to many shops and The Bund. The hotel itself is comfortable and full of amenities. The shower was nice and had plenty of hot water. Honestly, one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling in a major city considering the price, location, and service. The hotel staff were always accommodating and Lin Feng at the front desk made sure our check out and hotel pick up for the airport went smoothly. I don’t think I’d want to stay anywhere else near the Bund after experiencing Chalet Hotel. And the food delivery robot was a cute plus!

This is an excellent find with no prior clue where Nanking Road and The Bund were but which are mentioned frequently. Step outside the hotel and you are surrounded by food & wine stores, convenience stores, cafes. Just off the main road (luciky), the street is still bustling with people and life. Short walks to major attractions but i would encourage you to venture and discover side streets. My room was comfortable and clean and had excellent view of cross road. Front desk was helful with my poor mandarin. Special mention and thanks goes to Nana at the front desk for the complimentary treat!

Great location compared to the amount spent. Staffs are very attentive. Family room doesn't have windows but there are fake light rooms next door, which helped.

The location is fantastic! It's a short walk to both Nanjing East Road and People's Square subway stations. There are plenty of food options downstairs, so you'll never have trouble finding something you like. The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The front desk even gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for three nights, thank you! ❤️ The only downside is that the laundry room was under renovation, so we couldn't do our laundry.

This hotel very clean and good location. Surrounding with a lot of restaurants and shopping. Metro station also within walking distance. The hotel staff Susu gives us a small gift during checkout which makes us feel so warm. Only problem is no laundry in the hotel others very satisfied.
