Friendly hotel staff who assist me in all kind of service. SuSu is the one who very helpful. I like Chalet Hotel environment, clean and not complicated.

Check-in Friendly and professional female staff helped with the check-in service. Fluent English and great customer and hospitality. I believe that was a superb first impression and gives a hotel a credible outlook. So thank you to that staff. Gym Large and spacious gym for a variety. I highly recommend to guests to be flexible on their gym workout hours. I normally go to the gym when it opens, 7am and usually there are 2-4 people. That’s probably enough space to allow rotation since the weightlifting area can be a little small for more than 2 men using dumbbells. But spacious for 4 people on cardio treadmills and 2 in the weightlifting area. Laundry It is a laundry self service, it’s very handy and efficient. Expect a lot of people using it so make you to time correctly when. There is an over 8 washing machine and 8 dryers so be smart with your timing since going back and forth via lift is a long 2-5 minutes walk. Restaurant Unfortunately I haven’t tried their breakfast nor dinner so can’t comment on this. Hotel Lobby Spacious and stylish, there is an area for charging your phone and a table for any desk work. There is a cute small garden outside like a patio where you can enjoy small drinks and a more discreet chit chat. Room Spacious and clean. Modern and clean floors. Cleaning staff are doing a wonderful job and super polite when passing by the corridors. So don’t be afraid to say hello or good morning. Check-out Small gift was prepared and given on our checkout and Yu Xuan helped with the process. Thank you to Yu Xuan. Overall, I do recommend this hotel due to its location, gym and laundry facilities. The only improvements I could see that may help is elevators can become quite busy, sometimes stairs may be helpful for those who are on 3rd and 2nd floor who can quickly go to 1st floor. Not a major issue, just stairways can come handy in this situation.

We extended our stay in the Hotel Chalet for another night due to changes in our Itinerary. Everything went smooth and the service helped us with the process. SuSu was our host and helped us with a very convenient check out. Thank you!

My mom and I stayed at Chalot for 5 days: it was an amazing stay and Susu assisted us a lot, (thank you so so much Susu!) I also should mention an excellent morning buffet too, I would definitely would be back 👍!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were big, modern and very clean. The location was the best, 5 min walk from the main street, lots of restaurants around. The laundry room was a big plus, 24 hr and very well kept. The reception staff were also all 100/10 , they spoke very good english which was comforting as a tourist and were always very helpful. All of them were ready to help with any question, recommendation and issue we had! SuSu, the last night receptionist also helped us book a taxi and return a package. Would recommend to all!

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful especially SuSu who helped us with check out seamlessly. Hotel room was spacious and clean but the toilet tiles were abit slippery after shower. Amenities were sufficient with bottled water supplies always available for us. Good selection of breakfast and they can even pack away if you need to leave early for tours before breakfast timing.

Yu xuan Good room condition, very quite, very close from hot place I will visit this hotel again.
