Super well located. Friendly staff, specially Pan Pan. The hallway wasn't clean at all but the room was. Good bed. A little pricey compared to the rest of China but normal for Shanghai. All in all I would come back to this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chalet Hotel. The staff was so accommodating and sweet. We would like to thank SuSu for being so helpful. The hotel is clean and in a great location. We highly recommend for couples as it’s quiet and convenient. The breakfast was amazing and there was a large variety. We would stay here again. They are also kind enough to store our luggage.

Pretty good! We arrived quite late, but the front desk guy was super friendly and efficient. He resolved our issues quickly and had a great service attitude. The room was also very nice. Thumbs up! 👍 The breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel reception is at Lvl 5. Lvl 3-5 are rooms. The Room is just nice for one traveller. It will be too squeezed for two persons. Toilet and bathrooms are separated but it is too small. Some smell along the corridor of Level 4 that I don’t really like. The location is perfect, walkable distance to Nanjing Pedestrian, 5mins walk to the famous 沈大成。

Panpan provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and hygienic. Highly recommend it! It's also very close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.

My stay at Guxiangshan was fantastic, especially thanks to Yu Xuan. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, proactively arranging airport pick-up for me. The pick-up service was very reasonably priced, which was a huge relief – I didn't have to worry about getting to the hotel with all my heavy luggage. She even told me that even though she wasn't working, I could still contact her if I needed anything. Highly recommend! 👍🏻

Very good people! Nana was 10\10 for everything, hotel was really confortable and easy to travel to. Near by you can find whatever you need so it is a good choice :)
