The service overall was excellent from the moment we arrived. As soon as we stepped out of the Grab in front of the hotel, the security guard immediately ran over to help us with our luggage. He even insisted that we let him handle it when we tried to help. Throughout our entire four-day stay, all the staff were consistently attentive and always eager to open the doors and assist us whenever needed.
The breakfast selection was impressive as well. We stayed for four days and never had the same menu repeated, which made breakfast something to look forward to every morning. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything we needed, and their English was excellent, which made communication effortless and our stay even more comfortable.
The location is another major highlight. The hotel is right in the middle of everything—just about a one-minute walk from the market, Saigon Centre, Katinat, and many other attractions. It is also surrounded by plenty of famous and Michelin-recommended restaurants, so there are endless options for food and things to do within walking distance.
The room was amazing and had everything we could possibly need. It was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed and four pillows provided. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the lighting throughout the room was perfect. Overall, the room felt comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and very well equipped.
We genuinely enjoyed our four-night stay and were impressed by how consistently attentive the staff were. Excellent service, a fantastic location, great breakfast variety, and a beautiful room—highly recommended!
