Vienna House by Wyndham Charm Long Hai

Really nice hotel, just wish there wouldve been more things to do such as billiards/ping pong/tennis or other activities

The hotel is newly opened for few months, amenities and facilities are still new. However, on 2nd floor nearby the elevator, the glass already broken which is dangerous to the kid. The kid pool water is not really cleaned (maybe because after the rain), the breakfast area design a bit confuse, when it crowded, it looks messy. One of the thing I dont like is that the road to swimming pool need to go through hotel's lobby, which made the lobby looks unprofessional, the guests wearing swimming clothes walk with flip flop, covering with towel, made the floor wet all the time and the elevator although manu efforts by the cleaning lady, especially, the towel not always available nearby the pool area. The receptionist need to be more enthusiastic, they looks unhappy although the date I checked in not that crowded & busy. Big bravo to security guard at beach area, he looks happy & welcome any guests pass by to enjoy the beach
