Everything was simply amazing. The service and attitude were top-notch. We booked a room with lounge access, which offered a great bar menu and delicious snacks. This hotel is the tallest landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, offering great views and rooms that are new, clean, and spacious. However, it's a bit inconvenient as you have to take an elevator from the ground floor to the 48th-floor lobby, then transfer to another elevator to your room. The newer elevators also require you to input your floor first. The 48th-floor lobby is beautifully decorated with fresh flower arrangements, giving it a grand and elegant feel, and many people stop to take photos there. Breakfast is served on the 66th floor with stunning views, and the Western pastries are especially delicate and delicious. Each day, a special item is brought to your table by a server who introduces it and invites you to try it, indicating excellent service. The room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed, and the facilities were excellent. The service was also outstanding, the staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the beautiful views and the overall experience of staying in such an iconic hotel. Definitely a memorable stay and I would love to come back again! ❤️
