The hotel's biggest strength is its unbeatable location in the heart of Huangpu District. It's directly connected to the People's Square metro station (lines 1, 2, and 8) Line 2 exit 8. making exploring Shanghai incredibly easy. Key attractions like Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the Bund, and Shanghai Museum are within easy walking distance. Rooms on higher floors, especially those facing east or north, offer breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline, including People's Square and Lujiazui (the Pudong financial district). Waking up to that view is a memorable experience. The main breakfast buffet in the café can get very crowded, especially during peak hours on weekends. The variety is extensive (covering Chinese and Western options). You can try the RAF coffee, a Russian specialty.

Worst experience ever in Shanghai. Terrible service and the room is shabby. The air conditioner is not working and the staff are not helpful at all. If you want to have a disturbing experience, book this hotel. 外国客户随机找了这家酒店，入住体验极差。大堂乱糟糟，前台工作人员素质差，给我们办入住的男服务员效率极低，别人三四个客人都办完了，我们还在那等着。大冬天房间只有十几度，打前台电话加客服经理反反复复就是那几句敷衍的话，一会儿让把空调完全关掉一会儿又说得打开，折腾一个小时房间还是十几度，最后要了三个电暖器才勉强可以，送暖气的服务员说了实话：酒店有年会把空调都调成制冷了…简直无语。整体体验甚至不如几百元的小酒店。一定要避雷！！

Even though the hotel is a bit old, everything is spot on, and the location is great. However, the restaurant on the 45th floor isn't very accommodating to guests; they wouldn't even reserve a table for us. I hope they can improve that.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's a direct ride on Metro Line 2 from Pudong Airport. What's even better, especially in cold weather, is the direct access from the New World Mall's dedicated entrance. The facilities and services meet five-star standards. A special thanks to Yuki for her meticulous and thoughtful service; she warmly communicated and coordinated our requests and details before check-in, which was very nice of her. This is our third time choosing to stay at this hotel because the service is truly professional and attentive. Highly recommend!

The deluxe twin room here was absolutely fantastic! It's right by People's Square, so you can just stroll out for a walk in the evening. YUKI at the front desk was also very attentive and helpful. It's close to the subway station too, which makes getting around super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
