Fusion Original Saigon Centre

Really enjoyed my stay here! The location is fantastic, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping areas in every direction, making it super convenient to explore. Day and night really different. The service was lovely and thoughtful. They even came up to my room to surprise me with a birthday cake, which was such a sweet touch! 🎂❤️ I also really enjoyed the pantry, where complimentary hot drinks and tea are available. On the same level they provide fruits and muffins, which was a lovely added bonus. One small thing to note: the iron and ironing board aren’t kept in the room, so you’ll need to request them. They need to be returned daily as well. Overall, I loved the service, thoughtful touches and location, and would happily stay again! ✨

I had such a wonderful stay at Fusion Original Saigon Centre in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is incredibly convenient, right inside Takashimaya, so it’s perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring the city. What really impressed me was the service. Every staff member I met was genuinely friendly, warm, and helpful. From check-in, throughout my stay, to check-out, everyone was attentive and made me feel very welcome. I also really loved the room. It was comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully designed, with a bathtub and even bath salts provided. I especially appreciated the complimentary cake and fresh fruit, as well as the free drinks in the room. And one of my favourite details was the Marshall speaker in the room! It was such a nice touch and made the room feel even more enjoyable. Breakfast was also delicious, with a good variety of choices. Overall, everything from the location and room to the service and breakfast was excellent. Definitely one of those stays where everything just felt right. I would happily stay here again when I’m back in Ho Chi Minh City. ❤️

Hotel is located just above Takashimaya shopping mall. Convenient with lots of restaurants around

N8ce location with great room decorating modern style. Nice buffer with variety of choice. River view is available at restaurant. Next to shopping mall very convenient

I am very satisfied with the location. It is centrally located and easy to travel to various entertainment venues. For a comfortable stay, receive warm hospitality. The location, bedroom, and reception area are clean and fresh.

Lovely and comfortable room with great breakfast offerings. Location is very centralised in District 1 with most places of interest within walking distance. It’s a pity that the staff are not warm nor hospitable. They are smiling but the smiles do not feel genuine. We had issues during check in due to some miscommunication in reservation team’s online response which could have been handled more professionally by the front desk team.
