Super gorgeous hotel, the front desk service was fantastic, and the room was kept very clean. There's a popular internet-famous café right across the street, and it's super convenient to get anywhere! Thumbs up!

The service was excellent, a true butler-style experience where every request was basically met. Laundry service was available daily, which was a huge convenience. The room always smelled lovely and felt very chill, just like living at home.

Overall, my stay was fantastic. The hotel feels like a grand mansion with a strong garden aesthetic, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a serene and elegant environment. The facilities definitely meet five-star standards. However, there's room for improvement in the service. The staff weren't as proactive or enthusiastic as I'd hoped. There was no concierge to greet us at the entrance; someone only came to help with luggage once we were already in the lobby. The outdoor pool view was decent, but the water quality was a bit dirty, and with all the surrounding plants, mosquitoes and other insects were quite noticeable. Breakfast is an additional charge, served à la carte, so you can choose dishes as needed. All in all, the environment is a huge plus. If they could optimize service details, maintain the pool better, and address the insect issue, the experience would be even more perfect. For those who prioritize environment, this hotel is worth considering.

I absolutely love this hotel! 🌿 The lush green environment made me feel so comfortable, and I was greeted with a large cup of rose tea as a welcome drink, which was a very thoughtful touch. Both the room and the overall hotel environment were kept very clean and tidy. The pool, though not huge, was spotless. The biggest surprise was the complimentary laundry service! I hung my clothes outside my door at 7 PM, and by 6 AM the next morning, when I opened the door, they were already clean, fragrant, and neatly placed in a basket 🧺✨ Overall, the stay was excellent, and the staff were very attentive. If I ever visit again, I will definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommend!

A unique hotel with excellent staff service. They try their best to accommodate any requests. Just a heads-up, there's no convenience store nearby. If you have any issues, the front desk staff (especially the lady at the front desk) are very helpful, just approach them directly. I'll definitely be back!

Let's take a serious look at this hotel: it's very popular on Xiaohongshu. The location is actually quite good; it's relatively clean and quiet, and a taxi ride to most places costs around 38,000 VND. The cleanliness was also surprisingly good—very clean with no mosquitoes or bugs. The facilities are quite complete; compared to other service industries in Vietnam, it definitely deserves high praise. Any issues that arose during our stay were also handled appropriately.

The environment is excellent, and there's free laundry service. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful with luggage. It's convenient for getting around anywhere. Highly recommend staying here for a trip, it has a very French style.

Surrounded by lush greenery, this hotel truly feels like it's built within a park. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, helping us with our luggage. The lobby always smelled wonderful. There was a slight hiccup initially; we were assigned room 201, which was on the outer side and very noisy with poor sound insulation. However, they promptly moved us to an inner room, and we had no further issues. If you're booking this hotel, you might want to request an inner room in advance (their attitude was exceptionally good! They kept apologizing! You don't have to carry your own luggage at all; the service is on par with Haidilao). ■ The rooms are equipped with Harman Kardon speakers. For me and my girlfriend, applying makeup to some background music was pure bliss, no need to say more. ■ You can ask for free coffee as soon as you wake up (we probably had about 4 cups). ■ Every day, they'd ask if we had any clothes that needed washing. The next day, our dirty clothes would be returned clean, fragrant, and soft! (Still free!) We even moved to a more expensive hotel later, but we still missed this one! Every time I pick up the clothes they washed, they smell so good! I just have to praise them! It was fantastic! ■ For Chinese women who love to take beautiful photos, you don't even need to leave the hotel! Instant stunning photos! The aesthetics are spot-on! Every spot is picture-perfect! We took so many great photos at the hotel that none of our pictures from later visits to attractions or streets surpassed those taken here.
