We stayed in the Villa Executive Double Room and had a fantastic experience. The room was located on a high floor, and the views from the bedroom were absolutely amazing. For us, the view was what really made the stay so special.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with an exceptionally comfortable bed.
We also really enjoyed the Executive Lounge access included with the room. The staff there were attentive, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
Breakfast offered a great selection of food, with plenty of options to choose from. The only downside was that it could get quite busy during peak times.
We loved the swimming pool facilities, especially the hot pool and sauna. In fact, we wish we had spent more time there during our stay because it was so relaxing and enjoyable.
The hotel's location is excellent. Situated in the French Concession area near Huaihai Road, it is close to the metro and within walking distance of many of Shanghai's main attractions.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, and we even loved its signature scent. The Art Deco-style lobby is particularly impressive. Overall, the hotel felt very professional and welcoming, and we had a wonderful experience. We would happily stay here again.
