酒店是這次家庭出遊有緣選中的，屬於國資風十足、位置絕佳，但不容易被年輕人發現的選項。
酒店位於地鐵13號線淮海中路3號口，出來過一條5米左右的馬路就到了，但是入口有點狹窄，停車場空間不大，建議公共交通到達。
酒店維護得很好，乾淨、利落，服務人員專業素養很高，禮貌、體面，值得一提的是客房服務人員，禮節性很高，帶着一股濃濃的國企幹部風，這個見仁見智哈哈。整體上，我認為服務態度、邊界意識都非常好。
在入住時，前台人員得知我們是第一次入住，主動給免費升級了景觀房間，位於高層，可以一覽上海浦西最核心地段的景緻，這確實是非常友好的饋贈。非常感謝！
早餐比我想得要有秩序一些，畢竟酒店樓層高，擔心人會很多，但實際情況在可接受範圍內。總體上，食物的衞生、味道、品種都不錯。但可能還是因為早餐人數較多，個別服務人員偶爾也會有些迴應倉促的時候，不過總體是很好的。
房間特別大，洗手間設施等維護都很好，建議如下：
1）空調是酒店統一管理冷氣的，特定季節無法啟動冷氣（比如這次入住時雖然是冬天，但實際這兩天是比較熱的），衹能讓酒店人員來協助開窗；
2）牀頭櫃缺少一些可直接使用的插頭（不知是否為國企風的標準化導致），充電稍微不是很方便。
整體上，結合價格、位置、服務來看，是非常不錯的一次體驗。感謝！

Location is excellent, walking distance to subway stations, shops and restaurants.
Hotel provided fruits. But was not fresh. The fruit has run out and hasn't been replenished. But Amenities were worn out. The carpet looked unclean and old. Yellowed power outlets. Worn-out bathroom ceiling. Flickering fluorescent lamp ... All this took me to 3-starts hotel, but 5-starts price!

The hotel was overall good. The room and facilities were quite clean, and the amenities were decent. The spa with a large hot tub and the swimming pool were nice additions. Location is fine as well. The only downside is that for a hotel with so many international guests, the staff’s English was very limited, which made communication a bit difficult. Still, I’d definitely stay here again.

The service is really good. Arrival late in the night but was pleasantly surprised for an upgrade to King Size Room. My birthday was on one of the days of the stay, the hotel gifted me a cake (not a slice but a cake). The staff is helpful throughout my stay. Location wise, it is superb. Line 13 is just at the door step, Line 1 is about 5 min’s walk. There is a shopping belt along Huaihai road.
The lobby has a locker system to allow food delivery, try it.
I would highly recommend this place.
