Stayed here with my kids and the front desk thoughtfully gave us red envelopes, which my children loved. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is excellent, really close to Shanghai's 'three-piece suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers) – we just walked there. My only small complaint is that the room was a bit small. 🤭

Location wise very convenient . We were travelling as a couple, stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Even though the bed was comfortable we couldn't sleep because of the sound next door. Sound proofing is very bad. Don't get fooled by included breakfast while getting room, it's bare minimum😔 Otherwise overall ok. Easy to get around the city.

The room was clean and well-maintained with excellent facilities. The pub right outside the hotel was charming, and it was super close to the train station—only a 6-7 minute walk! There were also plenty of food options nearby, and the front desk staff were really lovely and helpful.

The room was a bit small, but it was really convenient for getting to Shanghai Tower, which was only a 10-15 minute walk away. The subway station was also about a 10-15 minute walk, and there's another station right by Shanghai Tower. I forgot to take pictures. The hotel entrance was a bit unconventional compared to most, opening straight into a semi-open restaurant.

The room was tiny; you take two steps and you're at the bed. The Wi-Fi was really bad, which is a major issue if you need to work on a laptop. The AC heating didn't work well, and the breakfast was very mediocre – definitely not as good as some reviews claimed, with very limited options. The 'late-night snack' was basically just frozen wontons. They advertised welcome fruit when I booked, but I never received it, even by my last day. They did upgrade me to a window room on the second day, but the soundproofing was terrible; I could hear every word of the conversation next door. In both rooms, the bedside charging outlets had a loose connection and made a buzzing sound, which felt like a safety hazard. I definitely won't choose this place again. Besides the small room, the corners of the nightstands were visibly unclean and seemed to have been overlooked; they weren't wiped even after I stayed for three nights. For tourism, the location is quite good. It's a 10-15 minute walk to major shopping malls like the Oriental Pearl, and it's not far from the riverside for night views. The dessert shop opposite the hotel is decent, and the Uncle Home restaurant at the crossroads has good food. The male staff at the front desk provided average service, but the female staff were always helpful, offering further explanations and assistance.
