Good accommodation, excellent room, I just think they should clean every day and not only when we ask. Excellent breakfast, complete with meeting rooms and gym. I recommend a lot! The location is excellent, close to restaurants and malls.

Hotel very poorly maintained, bathroom with tiles full of slime, carpet on the bedroom door all stained. Extremely dirty bathroom exhaust. Poor breakfast, not even a mistress had to make a sandwich. Invoice took 15 days to be sent and it still came wrong.

My experience was not the most pleasant and here's why: I booked the hotel for my bride's day and wedding night. I also recommended the hotel to the guests and from the first attempt to contact the hotel, I always had something to be desired. First I had to change a reservation, they asked me to send an email and I'm still waiting for a response. Then I asked to book a suite for the day use of the bride's day, I dealt by phone, I was waiting for values and nothing. Until one day I got annoyed and went to personally try to resolve it, again without resolution. The ONLY person who offered to give me decent service was Camila and out of consideration for her, I'm giving these 3 stars, because not for the others. Camila patiently resolved all the issues that 3 other people spent more than 2 weeks dragging me around. In addition, she helped me on my wedding day and guided the bridesmaids and guests who were arriving for the bride's day. I asked that the honeymoon suite and the day use suite were close together to help me change, but the person who was at the reception at that time threw me from the 7th to the 2nd floor and said there was no way to change it, that was it and that was it. . I, already dressed as a bride and ready to get married, had to transfer my luggage from one floor to the other because they ignored the request I had made in the reservation over the phone. Anyway… normal breakfast, ok room, cleaning service very unfavorable in general. Camila was a ray of hope and empathy that I found in this place, on the contrary, the other employees acted as if I was hosting myself and hosting guests as a favor and that's why they didn't make any point of helping. This hotel was very well recommended, but it must have been an exception, or the person only had contact with Camila, who is the ONLY cordial and friendly person I met in this place.

I really enjoyed the service and attention to my dog Philomena. Despite its large size, it was accepted with great affection. Hosting animals attracts new guests by allowing them to enjoy vacations and other moments away from home without having to distance themselves from the pet, this trend here in Brazil is older in Europe and the USA. It's a differentiator to think about! Nowadays, many couples choose not to have human children, but four-legged ones!!!! I thank the whole team. It was just not excellent because there were few employees and the restaurant was a little late. I was a customer of Radisson, Atlantica chain, but they don't accept pets. Unfortunately I won't be staying anymore.

Cramped room, cleanliness to be desired, breakfast very simple, staff "mute" not even pronounce good morning. Price, very expensive for what is offered. A confusion at the time of payment, divergence of values, parking you pay separately. They don't clean the room, just change the towels. I didn't like anything about the hotel, neither I nor my friends.
