Very happy to stay in such a good location hotel, but during our 2 night stay, we were very disappointed with the hotel service, this is definitely not what a 4 star hotel should be like! When we asked at the front desk at 12 o'clock, the waitress replied that we could check in at 1 pm, but when we returned to the hotel to check in at 4 pm, the front desk responded that the room was not ready and we had to wait for fifteen minutes. The next morning, it was raining heavily in Boston. We asked a waitress at the front desk if there was an umbrella to borrow, and she answered very coldly no, without any embarrassment, which made people feel very uncomfortable. This happened in For Asians, I even suspect that the waitress has discriminatory thoughts, which is unacceptable!

I made the reservation with you and then they charged me € 110 more in taxes that they told me were included. The reception on arrival a very unpleasant gentleman. When we got to the room the balcony door was broken so it was very cold and the maintenance man told us to wait the next day, of course we did not, the air conditioning also sounds a lot. We do not recommend it

This Hotel is a great location for all the stores and restaurants and in walking distance to all attractions. This is our 8 time staying here at this great hotel.

Nice,clean, quiet rooms. Across from Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall.
Around the corner is; Boston Market, The Bell n Hand, Union Oyster House.
Old State House. Close to North End, TD Garden. Price is fair in winter.

Convenient, clean, and comfortable. 2 night stay for business. Clean and comfortable, convenient to my work location and to the harbor area to see a little tourist stuff too. There are several restaurants nearby and I opted for the one in the hotel because I had to work and it was easy. Food and service were good.
