During my stay at Five Jvt from March 25th to 26th, I booked a 1-bedroom apartment. Despite the unique feature of a bathtub on the balcony, I was disappointed to find it in a dirty condition upon check-in. After requesting room service to clean it, I discovered the pressure was inadequate. Despite numerous attempts to contact the front desk, I received no response until I requested the duty manager, who granted a late check-out.
