The Maple Leaf Hotel

Stay here only if you can’t find any other place. The staff is lazy and incompetent - there is no service and you’ll have to eventually give up and walk to the reception to get anything done. There is no Wi-Fi - you will see an SSID but there is no actual internet. The hotel is falling apart and desperately in need of repairs. Finally, they will charge you higher, much higher than the prices you see at MMT etc when you check-in, citing “lack of rooms due to increased de***d”. On the positive side, the location is good- it is very close to good non-veg restaurants and also a metro station.

Good stay rooms are very neat and hygienic good spaces rooms for family and friends and staffs are very polite and helpful marvelous location outside view are good complimentary breakfasts are also tasty.....

Worst hotel visited ever in my life. Very bad service. Service is very very slow. Need to call again and again . Air conditioner was not working properly. Food was not good. Rooms are very costly , suffocating and stinks . Washroom flush was not working. Even their is some sense of negativety in fifth floor. Their corridor and even rooms are horror. Horror hotel.........

They actually don’t know hospitality. Very bitter experience. Rooms are too small, and I separated by just a door. I was forced to listen every words what my neighbour was talking, so they might have heard mine. Probably they were smoking, because I was feeling all the smell. Their restaurant number never get picked. Always has to call reception to arrange call back . And then wait long for the call back. My dinner and breakfast was included in the plan but when the restaurant guy came to know this he changed whole menu (in room dining they offered) earlier when I could order any thing, now only chiken ka***i I can order. For roti now they didn’t have tandoor. Seriously… They even don’t care if the guest is from a corporate or just walkin. Well I missed , they need to change the bed, not suitable for a good sleep (too spongy) Not recommendable at all…… Pathetic

front office: abysmal housekeeping:terrible(room not cleaned properly.Lady' s undergarment found in the drawer at the time of check in. Passage lighting extremely poor.. No covid protocol.Guests mingling without masks. Only redeeming feature was the room service though breakfast not being served at the restaurant.

An overrated establishment. The surroundings of the establishment, the building and its common interior parts are not maintained, cleaned with rigor. ***y degradations, traces of dirt and dust testify to a lack of maintenance and cleaning. Room 303. This is a King size room. The room is equipped with a mini bar and a safe and a storage unit. The volume of the chamber is correct. It is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a cramped toilet. Hot water is available. The state, the cleanliness and a significant presence of dust in the room, testifies to a lack of maintenance and serious cleaning. The mattresses and bed sheets are worn and of questionable cleanliness. The breakfast is correct. The quality / price ratio is very excessive given the quality of the service. The establishment does not deserve the attribution of 3 stars. Impossible to pay with an international card. So I was asked to pay in cash. I do not recommend this establishment.
