Everything was good, but air conditioner was not perfect 🥲 it's not cool at midday, and staff are not good at english so travellers have to use translate app

Staff are all very nice and friendly.
Hotel provides motorbike rental.
It is located in a very convenient Nha Trang city centre, and very near the beach.

Расположение отличное, вид из номера просто шикарный. Мы специально бронировали номер с видом на море. Комната чистая, современная, всё есть для комфортного проживания (чайник, туалетные принадлежности). Из недостатков вода в раковине уходила очень медленно. Но так как мы остановились на пару ночей не стала ходить разбираться. Спортзал это несколько тренажеров, гантель нет, турника тоже. Бассейн маленький всего 3 лежака. Зона бара была прикольная вечером можно было посидеть, но бар не работал. Возможно не сезон людей у бассейна днём не видела, так что проблем не было.
Главное разочарование это завтрак, вроде блюд много, но мне было очень не вкусно, очень много масла в обжаренных овощах и роллах, а я уже в 5 отелях пожила и сложилось впечатление о завтраках. Особенно удивило что хлеб был очень не свежим, во второй день так вообще был запах плесени. Фрукты были вкусные. И в первый день съедобная была картошка с беконом.

攜程夥同商家一起坑害消費者，我定的時候是隨時退，頂的城景房，可是到了一看窗户外衹能看到一個高樓，簡直是乘警房，不是不想要了，前台不同意，最後説住一晚可以退後麪三晚，我提交後被拒絕了，説經理不同意，聯繫攜程，攜程答應挺好，就是不辦，等到晚上了，攜程説協調不了，讓我先住他們退賠，可是現在一聯繫他們就是説我看一下你的需求再説，過一會就是發個訊息説你電話方便嗎，我説你結果怎麼樣，回答一直是稍後處理，不知道能稍後到什麼程度，説是提供免費停車場，可是到了他們説衹能停到酒店的路邊，停了兩個晚上，路邊沒有地方了，給我找個停車場，他台屁股就走了，讓我自己付停車費，攜程是衹收錢不辦事的。

酒店的位置很好，出入方便，可以行去沙灘，夜市，和附近的購物中心。房間舒適，前台服務員有笑容，英語一般般，但都很親切，20樓有泳池和健身設施，整體算不錯。
