All the Front desk staff & Security guard very friendly and helpful. Housekeeper at the 5th floor very friendly and polite, the room clean and tidy. Breakfast is superb, Chinese and western style. Noodle bar and fresh egg station is good. Very comfortable room, well design. There is a welcome drink and snack near the reception counter. Overall stay is EXCELLENT.

This hotel is so convenient to get to - just outside exit 1 of HongQiao Airport Terminal 1 subway stop on Line 10. Check was so easy, the rain shower was refreshing and the craft beer was the perfect end to the day.
Breakfast was very clean with a great selection. Highly recommend for the business traveler who just wants to walk out of the airport and find a great night’s sleep. No fuss with old and tired traditional hotels that waste so much space and money on meaningless frills.

Extremely helpful staff that allowed early checkin when we arrived by overnight train. The room was very clean and new. Shower and toilet were great. Comfortable bed. Provided free water.
The hotel has laundry facilities and a gym too, so everything that you could need for a stopover.

Very pleasant stay here! Very near the hongqiao airport and very clean hotel! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay near the airport. Price is affordable as well.

Walking distance from Hongqiao airport.
Very convenient that you can walk from there.
Has good breakfast and is new and clean. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Excellent stay for one night , due to change of flight -very close to airport which was great and the staff were very helpful 👍good value for money 💯💯💯
