This is my first time to write a review. I like this kind of authentic hotel. Although there are only four places in the hot spring, there are not many people in the hotel. It is very comfortable to enjoy it alone when there is no one.

This is a trip I took with my parents. I made a reservation for a 3-person connecting room. When I used it that day, it seemed like two rooms had been opened and could be used as connecting rooms. So it was much more convenient to have two bathrooms available. You can take a hot spring bath on the second floor, and the breakfast was good in Japanese style. Check-out was at 10 am, but I was very satisfied because I was able to check out at 12 pm by adding 2,000 yen. The location was close to the pier and the staff were very friendly. What I liked the most was that it was a new place and it was clean :) If I travel here again, I think I will stay there again.

There is a good breakfast restaurant, clean facilities, and a hot spring. There is even a supermarket across the street.
Karito Market is also easy to get to by bus and is 10 minutes away from Shimonoseki Station. There is a coin parking lot nearby, so it wasn't difficult to get there with a rental car.

It's about a 10 minute walk from Shimonoseki Station. It takes about 30 minutes on foot from the hotel to Karato Market, but you won't get tired of walking as you will pass along the sea side on the way. The hotel bathroom was also nice and clean! it's recommended!
