Visit Dali to ascend Cangshan Mountain and view Erhai LakeIt was already past five in the afternoon when I arrived in Dali. I booked an inn by the Erhai Lake, located in the small Guanyi near Erhai Park. This area is a Hui Muslim community, with an environment resembling a blend of urban and rural areas. The inn is a renovated house of the villagers, lined up along the lake. The surroundings on the ground floor could use some further beautification, but the room facilities are decent. I booked a 500-yuan sea-view room with a large bed for one night. The rooftop has a terrace you can go up to, and the view is indeed nice. Just a few dozen meters downstairs is the lakeside walkway. The next day, I didn't feel much when taking the cable car up the mountain, but the descent was super invincibly beautiful. You must choose a good weather when you go up the mountain. If the visibility is low, the experience is not good. At the end of May, Cangshan, full of rhododendrons on the top of the mountain, the visual effect is much better than the photos. It is worth going to the plank road to Ximatan.
Cangshan Scenic Area generally goes up the mountain from three cableways, Gantong cableway (more attractions), Ximatan cableway (up to the top of the mountain), and Zhonghe cableway. There are Gantong Temple and Jizhaoxuan near the Gantong cableway (a particularly petty bourgeois and beautiful monastery, worth seeing). After going up the mountain, you can walk along the Yudai Yunyou Road. It is all Ping Road. It takes 12 kilometers to go down the mountain to the Zhonghe cableway (about 4 hours). If you don't want to walk so much, you can take a section of Yudai Yunyou Road. The original road returns to the Sentong cableway and goes down the mountain. You can also walk for 1 hour Yunyou Road and go down the mountain in the middle section of the Ximatan cableway (the cableway fee needs to make up the difference). I personally think that Yudai Yunyou Road, I feel that the scenery of Qilong Woman Pool is average, and I am blocked by vegetation, and I can hardly see the Bohai Sea. Qilong Nvchi to Zhonghe Temple, some places are open, you can see the Bohai Sea and the city. Cangshan has 19 peaks and 18 streams, and 18 streams enter the Bohai Sea. This large cableway round-trip pass includes the Sentong cableway to the bottom of the mountain, and the seven female dragon pool station cableway to the bottom of the mountain, and the Zhonghe Temple cableway to the bottom of the mountain. Choose one of the cableways to go down the mountain. This little friends must pay attention. Many friends bought a large cableway round-trip pass, thinking that they can only go down the mountain at the seven female dragon pool. In order to see the scenery near the Gantong Temple cableway, you have to walk to the Gantong Temple cableway station, and then fold back from the Gantong Temple cableway station to the Qinv Longchizhong station. This round trip takes 10 kilometers. When buying tickets, the staff did not prompt. The ticket purchase guide did not explain, many friends are awkward, only to ask, only to know what is going on. When the scenic spot should buy a large ropeway ticket, there are tips, which can save a lot of time. There are also tickets for going up and down the mountain at Qinv Longchi Station. Note: The suspension time of the ropeway is 17:00, but in reality it will start to stop at 16:30! ! ! ! I went down the mountain of the Gantong Temple cableway just in time for the last bus at 16:30. The staff said that it was exactly 17:00 to the bottom of the mountain. [Cute] about the attractions. The dragon pool at the Qinv Longchi Station is still worth seeing.
