This "vinegar house" is actually not related to vinegar, is a timber store founded in 1721 by the ancestors of Ben Longma, a national hero who deserved a special book in the process of modernization in Japan. The company secretly created the Kyoto headquarters of the Haiyuan Team, which opened the timber store for the hidden people and eyes. It is now a memorial hall and opens to the public.
