Li Mingzhong's former residence is located at No. 11 Huayuan Road, built in the 1920s, belonging to the brick and wooden structure of the two-story building, eclectic style. With basement, construction area of 1221 square meters. The exterior wall cement finish, flat roof. The entrance slope steps, the square hall is built, the first floor is on the right side of the external convex curved living room, and the upper metal guardrail balcony is built. The courtyard wall is equipped with semi-enclosed metal guardrail, and the interior decoration is exquisite.
