Kichishoten Tanaka was in a small hall beside the main hall. ~ Red flag fluttered in the wind ~

    Original Text

We will disseminate information about "Tahoin" in Yanaka, Taito-ku. I visited "Tahoin" on June 5, 2023. To access "Tahoin", exit the north ticket gate of JR "Nipuri Station" and proceed to the left. There is a "Izumi family stone shop" at the second corner, so turn left at that corner. If you go straight along the road about 420 m, there is a signal at the Chinese food "Jin 々 Tei". Cross the pedestrian crossing and turn left, and if you go along the road about 100 m, you will find the gate of "Tahoin" in the back of your right. ...

The principal image of Taho Nyorai is the name of the temple

    Original Text

Located near the entrance of Yanaka Cemetery, it is a temple of the Shingon sect Toyoyama school founded by Sakai Jun Hoin in Kanda in 1611. When I entered the precincts, large Jizo and small Rokujizo were lined up on the left side, but I was a little disappointed that Jizo's face was damaged. If you follow the approach, you will find the main hall, and the flat forehead of the main hall is said to be Yamaoka Tetsufune, and the principal image of Taho Nyorai is said to be Gyoki's work, which is the origin of the temple name.
