Visited during the plum season. Different types of plums are quietly arranged. There is also a big old pine tree. A quiet place. Equipped with parking lot.
The plum season is famous for plum blossom viewing. In the Edo period, the surrounding area was a famous plum blossom spot and was called Sugita Umebayashi. There are about 200 plum trees in the precincts. However, it has not yet bloomed at this time of year.
JR It is about a 10-minute walk from Shin-Sugita Station on the Negishi Line. Sugita has been known as a famous plum spot since the Edo period, and there are about 50 plum trees in the precincts, which is in full bloom in early spring.
There are plum trees, cherry trees, and biaccin trees.

It is a temple of the Nichiren sect called Gotozan Myohoji Temple and is located in Sugita. It seems that this area used to be a plum grove, and there is a plum tree in the sky. There is also a 700-year-old kaya tree that Nichiren shonin brought and planted from Mt. Minobu, and outside the site, there is also a biakshin selected as one of the 100 famous Kanagawa trees. Biaksin is estimated to be 600 years old, probably because of lightning strikes, the bark on the north side of the trunk is barked and black, and although it is divided into 3, it extends branches to the southeast and leaves them. Nichiren sect temple with a famous tree in Byaksin

There is a reclaimed land near Shin-Sugita Station, and the seaside line runs toward Hakkeijima, which is well developed, but when you walk southwest, you will find the hills of the old coastline, which makes this area feel nostalgic. Myohoji is a venerable Nichiren sect temple in this corner, well maintained and the adjacent graveyard is very large. There is a famous Byaksin tree nearby and it looks very nice. I was caught in my eye.
