Luoquan Ancient Town

On the fifth day of the first month of 2023, I accidentally knew this ancient town. Driving 90 kilometers, there are more people, and the parking lot is full after 11 o'clock. The ancient town is surrounded by mountains and waters, and is thriving because of salt. Although salt production has been closed in 1986, many monuments related to this have been left: the salt temple, the house of the salt merchants, the old site of Luoquan Conference, etc., the streets are very narrow, the bluestone slabs, the ancient town has a strong atmosphere of life, and the tofu is its business card.

Luoquan Ancient Town has the only salt temple in China that sacrifices Guanzhong. The Luoquan Conference site that promotes the Sichuan Baolu movement is wandering on the stone road of the ancient town. The blue bricks and small stones flow quiet time... Parking at the farmers' house on the provincial road, then downhill along the river and crossing the bridge, there are not many people, There is not much commercialization, the building is not bad, and it is more interesting to turn right across the bridge.

Luoquan Ancient Town is one of the 100 ancient towns in the country, with high cultural value, plus the surrounding landscape environment is beautiful, tourists come here to visit a lot of people, the ancient town is very well known.

The spring water is the smooth and tender town of Luoquan. My sentence has summarized the two characteristics of Luoquan Ancient Town. There are springs and water in summer, and the tofu is fragrant. As the ancient town at the junction of Zizhong and Renshou two agricultural counties, Luoquan has been a prosperous place for commerce since ancient times. It is said that Zhuge Liangnan Zheng Menghuo has been drilling a well here to get water, so it is called Luoquan, but why the surname "Luo" cannot be verified. Anyway, the water here is good, generally the place where the water is more lively is easy to eat tofu, so Luoquan tofu is more famous, tasted it is indeed tender, but the taste is OK. The south of Sichuan in the capital has always been a heavy place for salt industry, Luoquan is no exception. The ancient salt iron specialty, Luoquan must be more abundant. The ancient town has a site of the salt temple, listed as a national insurance, and worshipped the mud bodhisattva shaped by the salt family. The mud bodhisattva cannot cross the river. Luoquan people thought of giving him a ride, so Luoquan became the first dragon town in southern Sichuan, and the dragon head and tail can be seen everywhere on the ancient bridge. Luoquan Ancient Town is not big, just five miles away, but it is a little more ancient than other ancient towns. This may also have a lot to do with the atmosphere of Zizhong. I came here when the sun was setting. The compact town, the leisurely old man, and the flowing stream made people lonely. Samsung, it is a pity that I didn't see the salt temple too late.

This is the only provincial historical and cultural city on Chengyu Line. Luoquan Ancient Town is more than 20 kilometers away from Zizhong. There is a national protection unit Salt Temple.
