The hotel facilities are complete, the front desk staff are very helpful, and the cleaning aunties are also very polite and greet everyone they see. The hotel even offers a complimentary 'goodnight porridge' service in the evenings, and the porridge tastes pretty good. The hotel's location is also excellent, with a subway station downstairs, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Changsha-style rice noodles are delicious and definitely worth trying. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with smart home appliances, perfect for modern young travelers. There's also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the breeze in the evening – it's really pleasant. It's close to Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, so the atmosphere is lively and the whole experience is fantastic!

Our friend recommended us to visit Furong waterfall city. I found this hotel just searching an interesting spot by internent. Room photos were awesome I decided to book. Photo vs Reality is almost same. Unbelievable view! Outstanding performance of waterfall and old city. Sounds of waterfall is amazing, you can enjoy your life at the present moment. Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. It’s makes our stay in this hotel comfortable and safe. They picked up us from the station and dropped off to the station. Also help us to get a tickets to scenic area in advance. We’re trying local food at the rrestorante in first floor of our hotel. My sister and me found that very deliciously 🤤 highly recommended to book it and enjoy a staying at this hotel and explore local cuisine and culture.

This hotel was the best one we stayed at during our 6-day trip to Zhangjiajie. It's only a 10-minute walk from the center of Fenghuang Ancient City, which is perfect for enjoying the night views without the noise when you want to rest. It's incredibly quiet. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel has a car service that can pick you up and drop you off anytime. You get a beautiful view as soon as you open the balcony door. The room decor is full of ancient charm, the environment is clean, and the details are thoughtful, including disposable toilet seat covers. The staff's service attitude is superb, and the breakfast selection is comprehensive. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fenghuang Ancient City.

This hotel is located downstream of the Tuojiang River, offering fantastic river views right from your window. It's a bit of a distance from the city center, which makes it quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel's transportation is convenient; if you're coming by long-distance bus, route 3 will take you close to the hotel. We took the Maglev train, and you can even get off in the middle to take photos. Plus, there's a free shuttle service from the Maglev station to the hotel.

A hotel which is about 2 years old, everything is new. We were quite impressed with the smart controls in the room. We can command it to close the curtains, turn off n on the lights, ask about the temperature for the day etc. We opted for rooms with the mountain view and we could see it from the room window every-day subject to weather conditions. Waiting for the rooms when we arrived, the reception was very nice to explain to us in detail which route to take to tianmen mountain, zhangjiajie grand canyon, National Forest Park (Avater mountains). We decided to make our base at this hotel while taking the didi (1+ hr to n 1+hr back) to the grand canyon n national forest park. It is a hassle to travel around those areas with luggages. The cableway to tianmen mountain is 10 mins walk, very convenient. Be prepared to walk a lot. Lucky there is a foot n body massage on the 4th floor of the hotel. It was a saver to our legs after a long day at tianmen mountain. There were eateries around but we were not used to the spicy n oily food, the San xia guo is a hot item sold around there, we stayed away from restaurants selling San xia guo after one meal with it, we did not like it. We try to find restaurants with food that was gentler on our gut like haidilao n Korean BBQ buffet. There is a breakfast restaurant 5 mins walk from the hotel which is a heaven as the food is more to our liking, they even had fresh soy bean, dumplings, non spicy noodle soup. The hotel breakfast was not bad, good n light. Please get the meicha which is a herbal tea from zhangjiajie, good for relaxing before sleep and it is said to be good for the 3 highs. Available in the shopping areas, the store at the lobby of the hotel sells it too. Overall the hotel is clean, quiet, good amenities, good location, good views. Just a feedback on one morning where we out for breakfast and left our belongings unlocked, we put the not to disturb door sign on the door but the housekeeper came in to clean the room. Please inform the housekeeper not to enter the room when there is no instructions to clean the room on the door sign.

This hotel, nestled by Baofeng Lake, boasts beautiful scenery and a tranquil environment. The overall decor is very upscale. The ladies at the front desk are all so sweet and provide excellent service. What's more, the owner personally drives guests for pick-up and drop-off, which was an unexpectedly wonderful touch! I was truly touched. The room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were excellent and new (though I forgot to take pictures, only capturing moments of us eating in the room 🥲). Our family of three had a very comfortable stay. The location is also incredibly convenient, with food delivery arriving quickly. It's also close to the scenic area. Breakfast was very plentiful, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes, which was great since most of the guests seemed to be foreigners. All in all, it's a fantastic hotel. I'd definitely want to stay here again and will recommend it to friends. Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful travel experience. Grateful ☺️❤️

We had such a wonderful stay here and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 1. We requested an early check‑in at 10:30 AM, and the staff kindly prepared the room in time. 2. When we needed a paper printed, they helped us immediately without hesitation. 3. They provided us with a map and explained the show timings clearly, which made exploring the town much easier. 4. Our room had a beautiful and peaceful riverside view—truly relaxing. 5. Both receptionists were extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. 6. Even before our arrival, the hotel kept following up and responded promptly to all my questions via Trip.com. Everything about this stay—from the thoughtful service to the serene view—made our Furong visit memorable.

The place is genuinely clean, and the layout ensures privacy from other guests. For this price, the value for money is absolutely outstanding. Typically, cheaper places have cleanliness issues, and more expensive ones are just too pricey. Here, you pay for a standard hotel but get a villa-like experience. You can spend an entire afternoon relaxing, enjoying the scenery with a cup of tea. The laundry room has both washing and drying facilities, so no need to queue like in a hotel, and there's even a butler service. They also have a mahjong room and a bamboo grove for barbecues. Thumbs up!

I booked here for a night to explore Furong ancient town. The hotel is located right into the old city and just close to main attractions. On top of everything, the hotel is located with a magnificent view of Waterfall. The view from the room is very picturesque. The hotel also offered complimentary free pick up and drop-off. The staff and owner are very friendly and generous and they helped you as much as you can. The locations are closed to local restaurants, snack and coffee shops. Highly recommended.

The front desk attendant upgraded us to a more comfortable and spacious room. The hotel service and staff were incredibly warm and attentive, even helping us carry our luggage up to the third floor. The front desk also provided a guided tour and introduction to Fenghuang Ancient Town's attractions, along with recommendations for three different route maps. It was fantastic! The hotel is right on the edge of the scenic area, less than a 3-minute walk to the Hong Bridge entrance. The breakfast offered a good variety of food, which was nice! The hotel laundry room has free washing machines and dryers, and the front desk staff were very helpful, explaining how to use them. Superb!
