We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the Avatar Mountains, surrounded by stunning scenery and a peaceful atmosphere that made the experience truly special. The location was perfect for visiting the nearby national forest and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. A special mention goes to the lady at the reception, who was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the national forest, giving us clear and useful details that made planning our visit so much easier. On top of that, she kindly helped us book the tickets in advance, saving us time and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, we were able to fully appreciate the beauty of the area without any worries. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that we will always remember.

This hotel is right next to Huangxing Square, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and the subway station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, offering a quiet escape despite being in a lively area. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. It's excellent value for money. Staying here for a trip to Changsha is truly hassle-free, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The hotel is located on the banks of a river. Since the hotel name is in Chinese, it was a bit confusing for us to find at first, especially because there are several hotels lined up in the same area. However, the staff were very accommodating and helpful during check in to chek out. Our room was exactly the same as shown in the picture. The upper-floor room curtain could be more opaque for better privacy, as the transparent curtain that separates the space was not ideal. However the room can work well as a family room. Room decorations are also nice. The bed on the lower floor felt quite sturdy rather than soft. Also, the rubber slippers sole were black provided in the room even though they were wrapped in new plastic. There was no cupboard in the room. What we liked most was the terrace. Breakfast had limited variety, which was disappointing compared to what we expected. But maintaining cleanliness of dishes by keeping in closed cabinet was very nice. We also had a fantastic dinner at night which we loved it.

Honestly, the room was nice but was very noisy with the plane flew over occasionally during midnight. The hotel 3rd floor restaurants were not operating at night so THEY TURNED OFF THE ENTIRE FLOOR LIGHTS. Once you exit the lift, it’s pitch dark… They also turned off the lights for those conference rooms and corridors next to the washing machine areas at my room floor… It was so horrifying. Told the front desk, they said they will turn it on but nope. Nothing was done. While no other users but only our clothes were on self service washing, we returned within 10 mins after the washing timer completed. Shockingly noticed our clothes have started drying on incorrect setting. (We needed cold temp, slow spinning). It was the cleaner who “helped” us. It may be out of good wills but I personally find it inappropriate since no permissions were granted to touch or move our belongings.. The butler lady who contacted me through WeChat were also quite pushy on getting me to buy the tour tickets from her. She will keep reminding me to quickly make decisions on the ticket purchase… Intentions were questionable as my other hotel butler did not keep insisting. Nonetheless, she was still very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there were no services and the front desk gave me the “you should have known how the hotel works” kind of look and instructed me with 2 lines:“ Breakfast at level 3, washing machine at level 5.”

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the confluence of the Xiangjiang and Liuyang rivers. Our room had a northern view, overlooking the Changsha Museum, Library, and Music Center, offering a broad and open panorama of the city's relaxed and comfortable vibe. The room layout was well-designed, with a smooth flow, making all functional areas convenient to use. The lounge's snacks were quite good, and the cocktail making was self-service. Downstairs, one side leads directly to the Beichenhui commercial complex, while the other opens to the riverside greenway, making shopping and strolling very convenient. There's also a small sports center nearby where you can play tennis, squash, badminton, etc., making it a very comfortable choice for a vacation. Finally, a big thank you to rarity and Sera for their enthusiastic assistance; the service was excellent and very personalized.

There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it hassle-free whether you're here for leisure or business. The lobby is elegantly decorated and grand, the public areas are clean and tidy, and the greenery is perfectly placed, creating a warm yet sophisticated atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. The cleanliness was top-notch, with impeccable attention to detail, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. The service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and quick, and the staff were friendly and patient. With its elegant environment, convenient location, and incredible value for money, I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Xiao Hai, who went above and beyond to make our trip seamless and enjoyable. He helped us book attraction tickets and took the time to explain the routes in detail for both the Grand Canyon and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. His guidance made everything so easy and smooth. We were also touched by the thoughtful berry tea gift we received upon checkout, it was such a sweet and memorable gesture. The hotel’s location is another big highlight, just a short walking distance to the entrance of the national park. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again.

After a terrible stay at another hotel where we had to check out early, arriving at the Hilton was such a relief. From the moment we arrived, the experience was wonderful. The hotel staff were exceptional and always happy to help with any questions we had. A special mention to Dylan, who was particularly helpful and made our stay even better. Thank you. Our room was extremely clean and, importantly for us, completely smoke free, which can sometimes be difficult to find. The view from the room looking out over the city was amazing. The hotel also offers a complimentary laundry room, which was a very convenient bonus while travelling. We really appreciated the desk area in the room, which included plenty of helpful information about things to do and great places to eat nearby. The location is excellent as well. It is only about a 10 minute walk to the Tianmen Mountain cableway, making it very easy to access one of the main attractions in the area. We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

This was one of the most atmospheric places we stayed at during our trip to Zhangjiajie. The hotel is located in a very scenic mountain area, away from the crowds, yet still conveniently close to Wulingyuan. Even the road there sets the mood, with beautiful green hills and rock formations all around. The room is cozy with panoramic windows, and the view is simply incredible. Right from the room, you can see majestic mountains and cliffs. In foggy weather, everything looks especially magical - like being inside a traditional Chinese painting. It was such a pleasure to sit with a cup of tea and just enjoy the view. The food definitely deserves a special mention - everything was fresh and very вкусно, with a good variety for breakfast and plenty of options to choose from. You can really tell the meals are prepared with care. Another highlight is the animals: there are 6 cats and 3 dogs living on the property. They are very friendly and calm, adding a warm and homely touch to the stay. The staff are very attentive and helpful, always doing their best to make the stay comfortable. Special thanks for helping us purchase tickets to the parks - it made everything much easier. Overall, this is a perfect place for those who want to relax, enjoy nature, and spend time in a peaceful and beautiful environment. We would definitely love to come back!
