Hotel has a good location if you have any flights and also nearly has a shopping mall. Every half hours provide a transfer to airport. Clean rooms, good breakfast, Will stay again for next trip.

Miss Jackie called in advance to ask about my preferences and needs for my stay. She arranged a double bed (1.35m wide), which was very comfortable. Hotel parking is free; you just need to tell the front desk your license plate number, which is very convenient. The overall experience was good, and I stayed for two nights.

Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich. Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall.

The check-in process was efficient and friendly; she patiently answered all my questions and thoughtfully recommended local Shenyang delicacies and sightseeing routes, making me, a first-time visitor, feel incredibly welcome. Throughout my stay, Alisa constantly checked in on my experience, proactively bringing welcome fruits and comforting tea. When a minor issue arose, she coordinated a quick and excellent resolution immediately. Her service was attentive yet unobtrusive; every detail showed her dedication. From check-in to check-out, I felt respected and cared for the entire time. The hotel boasts an excellent location, complete facilities, and clean, comfortable rooms, but Alisa's service was truly the biggest highlight. She exemplified Hilton's hospitality with her professionalism and sincerity, making my trip to Shenyang exceptionally pleasant. Upon entering, there was a transparent plastic sheet on the floor, the lampshade was crooked, and the textiles smelled of smoke. The tissues were also quite something; I struggled to pull one out for ages, only to realize the packaging hadn't been opened. The shower had very little hot water. I got completely undressed and turned on the water for a long time before realizing I had to turn off all the cold water to get even a little bit of warmth. I ended up having a lukewarm shower with a tiny trickle of water. I'm not sure why there were planes flying overhead, but they were quite loud. On the positive side, there were welcome cookies when I arrived, and they tasted good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

She even thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast times and elevator locations and even proactively thought about invoicing for me. She frequently checked in during my stay, which was very heartwarming! The room was spacious and bright, with a simple and clean decor and no strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable; after a day of business travel, lying down instantly relieved my fatigue, and I slept exceptionally well. All the room facilities were excellent; the high-speed internet was very stable, and I had no issues handling work documents or video conferences. The desk was spacious and tidy, making it very convenient for working. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the toiletries were of good quality! The hotel hallways were quiet and clean, with no noisy disturbances. Breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, including both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the food was delicious, satisfying various tastes. Starting the day with a good meal was incredibly energizing. The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and close proximity to where I needed to conduct business. It was very easy to get around. There are also plenty of surrounding supermarkets and restaurants, meeting all my daily needs. The check-out process was also very smooth, with no delays whatsoever. Lisa bid me a warm farewell; the service was attentive throughout. For someone who frequently travels for business, this hotel is truly hassle-free. The environment, service, and facilities are all impeccable. The next time I'm on a business trip here, this will definitely be my first choice!

This is an older five-star hotel in Dalian, conveniently located directly across from Shangri-La and Furama, as well as the luxury brand street of Times Square. Its excellent location makes it easy to get anywhere. The room was quite spacious, and the front desk even upgraded it for us. Breakfast, however, was relatively simple. The live cooking stations offered Eggs Benedict, omelets, jianbing guozi (savory Chinese crepes), rice balls, and freshly made noodles. For Dalian specialties, there were seaweed buns, but other categories felt pretty uninspired. The auntie making the jianbing at breakfast was especially lovely!

Outstanding hotel for the price ! Really great stay there, it’s really chill, big and clean. The service is very nice, staff is friendly and we can see in the details they put a lot of efforts to please the client. For example the changing room for the swimming pool has a wide locker with already a towel and slippers waiting for you inside. The gym has lemon tea and water fountain available at several area. The swimming pool is great, there is also a sauna. And special mention for the gym that is outstanding ! It basically has the same equipments as a small professional gym ! If you are like me and you don’t want to compromise to much on your gym plan during the vacations, this hotel is perfect ! I will upload many photos of it so you can check by yourself all that is available gym friends !
