An absolutely wonderful stay! I was pressed for time and didn't have a chance to do much research, but after seeing great reviews on RED (Xiaohongshu) and Doubao, I went ahead and booked it on short notice. To my surprise, the experience far exceeded my expectations: 1. Facilities & Location: Everything was fantastic—from the room decor and hotel location to the quality of the buffet. 2. Unexpected Perk: At 88 stories high, the hotel is the tallest building in Shenyang. Overlooking the entire city from the top floor was incredible; everything below looked like miniature toys. Such incredible value for money! 3. Service Experience: Since it was a last-minute booking, I called the front desk beforehand with a ton of questions about the location, proximity to the Mukden Palace and the Marshal Zhang's Mansion, as well as room types. The staff answered each question with great detail and patience, which saved me a lot of trip-planning time. I even made a point to ask for their names—their warm hospitality truly reflected the hotel's heart. Huge thumbs up! Kudos to the front desk team: HELEN, TILDA, and VERA.

I stayed with my elderly parents in the City View Suite at Dalian Hengli Hotel, and we were absolutely delighted! The room was incredibly spacious and well laid out, with a separate living room and bedroom, which was perfect for our family – everyone had their own space and privacy. The high-floor, floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic city views, and the city lights at dusk were simply beautiful. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was very convenient for the seniors. The staff were attentive and responsive to our needs. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. It's truly ideal for families traveling with older relatives. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, and transportation isn't very convenient. However, the surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful. The indoor hot spring has a strong water flow, and the water heats up quickly. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring under a sky full of stars is incredibly relaxing. Initially, we planned this trip during the off-peak season to see the maple leaves. Unfortunately, it was still a bit early, and the maple leaves at Guanmenshan and the surrounding areas were just starting to turn slightly red. But the hotel's own maple trees were surprisingly vibrant and breathtakingly beautiful. Honestly, there's no need to go anywhere else; staying at the hotel is the best choice. We traveled as a family of three, and they provided a complimentary breakfast, saving us the hassle of finding food. My only minor complaints are that the mattress was too soft, sinking significantly when sat on, and the breakfast selection wasn't extensive and was overpriced. Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend it to friends.

Value for Money:★★★☆☆ * The spectacular location justifies part of the cost, but improvements in cleanliness, balcony comfort, breakfast variety, complimentary beach activities, and dining value would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. With a few improvements in comfort, cleanliness, breakfast options, complimentary recreational activities, and pricing, it would provide an even better guest experience.

Maybe i was highly expecting for a hotel lime others Hard Rock Hotel. But this one is just okay. My room is ocean view but its not a private beach for the hotel. Cant swim at the beach. But many activities that you can do on it. The breakfast was great. There are so many selections that i can eat for a Muslim. The room is clean with full amenities. Btw , at night i ordered Fish&Chips & also brownies with icecream.But it so bland. The fries not cooked well & the brownies is not hot & hard. Not recommended. They also have live band at night. The water pressure in the room also low.

The biggest pleasant surprise of this Dalian trip was staying at The Castle Hotel 🏰. The grand castle architecture looks magnificent from afar, but seeing it in person is even more breathtaking. The hotel features an overall European palatial style, filled with exquisite carvings and lighting details. Every corner inside the castle is perfect for taking photos. The guest rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. The mattresses and pillows offer great comfort, allowing you to relax the moment you lie down after an exhausting day. The ocean view is simply unbeatable—you can gaze at the azure sea by day and the illuminated cross-sea bridge by night, a truly therapeutic scenery. The staff provides meticulous and attentive service, showing great patience from check-in to answering inquiries, and even patiently explaining how to use the room key earlier. The hotel boasts complete facilities, a quiet environment, and is not far from Xinghai Square. It's not just a place to stay; it's an attraction in its own right. The overall stay experience gets a full score, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a vacation in Dalian! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Everything at Swissôtel Shenyang was simply perfect. The hotel is exceptionally clean, quiet, and spacious, and the breakfast spread was wonderful. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warmth and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Eric, our Les Clefs d'Or Concierge Manager. He helped with our luggage upon arrival, patiently planned our sightseeing route around Shenyang, and even arranged transportation and recommended great local restaurants. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. This was my first trip to Shenyang, and honestly, I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for my stay in Shenyang. Located right in the city center, it's incredibly convenient for getting around, and the rooms are so well soundproofed that we got a great rest after busy days of exploring. I have absolutely no regrets about staying here — the hospitality we experienced made me appreciate China and its people even more. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely return to Swissôtel Shenyang and ask for Eric again. Highly recommended to all travelers! 🇨🇳

A couple with their four-year-old stayed for three days. It was an amazing experience!!! Highly recommended!! We originally booked a one-bedroom apartment, but the hotel upgraded us to a two-bedroom, two-story apartment with two living rooms, which was incredibly spacious and well-equipped: it had three bathrooms, a bathtub, a kitchen, a refrigerator, a dining area, a living room, and a study. Our child absolutely loved it, running up and down the stairs. The hotel's playground, sauna, and swimming pool were also enjoyed by our child. He even cried when it was time to leave! We will definitely stay here again next time!!! Thumbs up 👍

The room environment and location were decent. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but I was really touched by the sincere and professional attitude of the short-haired lady at the front desk who resolved it (her professionalism deserves a thumbs up – hotel service and problem-solving attitude are everything). I hope the hotel will also prioritize guests booking through platforms like Trip.com in the future. If they're only going to focus on guests who book directly through H Rewards and get late check-out privileges, then I suggest they stop taking bookings on online platforms altogether.

The price was indeed high during the National Day holiday, but that's understandable; I chose this hotel specifically for its brand service. The hotel's location is excellent; everything feels close by, and Yintai City is right across the street. The hotel environment is great, with complete facilities, and the room size is decent. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. They provided a good selection of free drinks in the mini-fridge. While a standard room only comes with two breakfasts, the front desk manager's service attitude was excellent, and they generously offered an extra breakfast, which was very rich and well worth it! When staying at a hotel, you really should go for a well-known brand!
