Excellent! Shortly after booking, the hotel called to confirm and informed me that I could park my car right at the hotel entrance. The room decor was elegant and chic. I booked a room with a small courtyard so I could smoke outdoors. However, when I woke up in the morning, the outdoor table and chairs were a bit dirty. Perhaps the cleaning staff could wipe down the patio furniture after each cleaning. The room was very comfortable, and being on the second floor was convenient as the laundry room and gym are both on this floor. I really like this hotel because of the terrace. I'll definitely stay here again if I return to Shenyang. I love the laundry room so much; I wish my laundry room at home looked like this! The facilities are comprehensive, the amenities are great, and the welcome gifts are a nice touch! They even provide earplugs and an eye mask, which is super thoughtful! All the front desk staff were excellent too!

We arrived on the fourth day of the ***** New Year. We left Beijing after lunch, and the drive was smooth with no traffic, as the Jingha Expressway renovations were finally complete. We stopped for some BBQ in Jinzhou in the evening and reached Shenyang by night. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a 10-minute walk from Shenyang Railway Station, and there's a subway station downstairs. Taiyuan Street Pedestrian Street is right next door. We could have walked to the large Yonglihui bathhouse in about 10 minutes (but we skipped it, fearing it would be too crowded, and went to a smaller one nearby instead). A taxi to Xita took just over 10 minutes. So, getting around was a breeze! The hotel has an underground parking lot, though the spaces were a bit narrow. Parking was free during our stay. While the room decor felt a bit dated, all the facilities were in good working order. No issues with damage, strange smells, or leaks. The hot water was plentiful and the showerhead worked perfectly, making everything comfortable to use. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Oh, and there's a convenience store right across the street with reasonably priced items. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time.

The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays. 3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep. 4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night. 5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes. Cons (Needs Significant Improvement): 1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand. 2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:** * **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job. * **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

This brand-new hotel is fantastic! The rooms are well-equipped, and the premium mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The hotel staff provided excellent service. The hot water shower has smart temperature control and great water pressure. Breakfast was varied and the environment was pleasant. The location is super convenient for getting around, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

As expected from a Marriott property, the One Castle Hotel truly showcases its sophisticated style. The amenities are excellent, with the pool and fitness areas well-maintained. The staff are professional and polite, handling all requests efficiently. I was very satisfied with both the dining and accommodation experience. The environment is elegant and the scenery beautiful. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Dalian.

Jackie was very attentive and responsible. The room arranged for us was perfect – non-smoking and facing the sun. It was excellent. The room had a desk, which was very convenient for the kids to read. I'm especially grateful for the help with printing the kids' test papers; the service was truly superb. The robot delivery for our late-night takeout was super convenient. There's a piano in the lobby, and I never expected my child could practice piano even while traveling. It exceeded my expectations and was totally worth it!

The hotel's location is fantastic; it's not far from the city center, and both taxis and the subway are very convenient. It's only about a 7-8 minute walk to Laobei City and also very close to the Bayi Morning Market, so there's no need to opt for hotel breakfast. The hotel features a minimalist and modern decor style – clean, sophisticated, and understated. The lobby is bright and tidy, with a pleasant, subtle fragrance. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were gentle and patient when I asked for directions or stored my luggage; the process was seamless. The room size was just right, not cramped at all. It was exceptionally clean throughout, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right firmness, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had excellent wet and dry separation. The only minor downsides were the low water pressure and that the water temperature was a bit tricky to adjust due to the very sensitive control knob. On the plus side, the toiletries were complete. I would definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Shenyang.

Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree Hotel are in the same building. The hotel facilities are very good. It is worth mentioning that the service staff are of high quality. They helped us upgrade the room type for free, and the room was a little bigger. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the second floor. The ingredients were very fresh, the dishes were served quickly, the portions were large, and the price was reasonable. Breakfast was also a buffet on the second floor and it was also very rich. Facilities: Robots deliver takeout, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, there is a small refrigerator, and it is very clean overall.

I couldn't find the lobby at first, so I followed an arrow sign and went up to the fifth floor. There was a cleaning lady there, and I politely asked her, 'Excuse me, could you tell me where the lobby is?' She completely ignored me. I asked again, 'Excuse me, where is the lobby?' She then impatiently snapped, 'Who told you the lobby is up here? Haven't you ever been to a hotel before? Who told you the lobby is upstairs?' I replied, 'I couldn't find it, so where is it?' She haughtily said, 'It's on the first floor, obviously.' The whole interaction she was just very impatient and arrogant. I was here to take an exam nearby and had hoped to review at the hotel, but she completely ruined my good mood. Then, the soundproofing was terrible and it was so noisy. The next morning, after my exam, I wanted to take a nap, but I could hear everything clearly from the room next door – I couldn't get any sleep at all.

The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, so it was incredibly quiet at night, ensuring the elderly and children had undisturbed rest. The detailed service really stood out! Eric proactively prepared children's slippers and toiletries, and even provided extra bottled water and tissues. He kindly reminded us about bathroom safety, shared tips for adjusting the air conditioning, clearly explained breakfast times and restaurant locations, and patiently recommended great spots for kids, dining, and shopping nearby. His explanations were very clear. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room was clean, spacious, tidy with no missed spots, and the security was excellent, making us feel very safe. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options and tasted great. During our stay, Eric patiently helped with any requests we had. He was gentle and personable, and even proactively greeted the children. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily and replenished supplies promptly. Eric is meticulous, thorough, professional, and genuinely caring in his service, always putting guests first. Our overall stay was perfect: great location, excellent soundproofing, comfortable rooms, and heartwarming service. Highly recommend for family trips!
