Stayed 6 days in a junior suite. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast offered a good variety and quality spread. The Thai restaurant, Blue Elephant, located on the B1 level, was excellent and worth a visit. There is also a casino next to the main entrance, though we didn’t visit it.

I stayed at Annex Copenhagen Hostel recently and overall had a decent experience. The location is one of its strong points—very close to the central station, which made getting around the city quite convenient. The cleanliness was satisfactory. The toilets were kept clean, and my room was cleaned once during my stay, which was fine for a short trip. A fan was provided in the room, which was useful for ventilation and comfort. They also offer a cycle rental service at 150 DKK per day, which is a great way to explore Copenhagen like a local. While it's not a luxury stay, the basics were well-covered, and it's a good option for travellers looking for a budget-friendly place in a central location.

We had to clean the drain in the bathroom ourselves, as the water wouldn't run down and out of the grate... Pretty bad... The room was otherwise nice and clean... There was no sofa arrangement in the room, as it was otherwise shown on pictures on Trip.com...

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Mayfair in Copenhagen. The staff were friendly and provided free water and some board games, which was a nice touch. The room was decent, though the bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure could be better. It had heating but no AC, which was fine with the nice weather. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the pastries, and the location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone visiting the city.

Centrally located, the hotel is within walking distance of Stroget, Nyhavn, and the metro station, with excellent amenities in the vicinity. The rooms are clean and well-soundproofed, the front desk staff are friendly, and the self-check-in process is very convenient. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they offer great value for money, making the hotel ideal for short stays or business trips.

The double room was a bit small and didn't have a kettle. When I asked the front desk, they said my small room simply didn't come with one, and even Trip.com couldn't resolve it. Other than that, it was pretty good. The M4 metro station is very close, and within a ten-minute walk, there's a supermarket, a ramen restaurant, and Silo Western Restaurant. Silo's Western food is delicious. The hotel also offers bike rentals for 175 per day, and you can cycle to the city center in about 15 minutes.

The hotel was truly lovely. We had a really long flight and were so tired, but the hotel was just incredible for having a good rest. Very clean, quiet, good breakfast, friendly staff - all expectations were exceeded. I really wish all hotels in Europe were like this :) Thank you again for the wonderful service ♥️

The hotel is well-equipped and quite large. It was my first time staying in a hostel without curtains, and I was initially worried I'd feel uncomfortable. However, it offered a great sense of privacy with coverings at both ends. Plus, it was an all-female dorm, which was fine. The only issue was one woman had a very strong cigarette smell, and without a curtain, the scent was more noticeable. One good thing is that there are showers not only in the room but also on B1, so you don't have to wait in line. I also booked the hotel's solo traveler dinner. It was delicious and reasonably priced, and I even met some friends and we went to a famous bar nearby that night. The social atmosphere was really good too.

Kkrai.cosmopolitanCopenhagen Downtown Hostel – Capsule Stay Review This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel in Copenhagen (£80 per night), after hearing positive feedback from friends who had travelled here. I decided to try the quiet zone option with a comfortable capsule located near the hostel facilities. Pros: • Excellent location in the heart of the city, with restaurants, bars, and cafés within walking distance. • Easy access to all main attractions. • The capsule area was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I left with mixed feelings. While the location and cleanliness met expectations, the hostel’s operation style felt more “self-service” and less attentive to guest concerns. On the first night, my sleep was disrupted by a guest in the quiet zone who was both noisy and snored loudly throughout the night. It affected everyone in the vicinity, and despite some guests (myself included) gently knocking to try and reduce the disturbance, it continued until morning. On the second night, the same issue occurred, but it was made worse by a sudden emergency alarm at around 4:45 AM, requiring all guests to evacuate and wait outside for inspection before returning to bed. Understandably, safety comes first, but the timing and the combination of disturbances made it impossible to rest. When I tried to contact staff in the middle of the night, there was no one available, so I had to raise the issue through Trip.com. Although staff later offered some coins as a goodwill gesture, it did not feel proportionate to the £80 per night rate... especially when nearby private rooms can be found for much less. Sadly, what I hoped would be a unique and comfortable stay turned into a frustrating experience. I will not be returning, and I would advise light sleepers to consider alternatives.

FFarah PI arrived in the evening and the reception welcomed me warmly. I asked for some ice cubes and they kindly gave them for free. My room was on the 12th floor, but the lift was frustratingly(super) slow, definitely troublesome if you’re in a rush. I stayed for 6 days, and housekeeping only came once, on the 4th day. However, they did mention that extra amenities could be requested at reception. A note for warmer days: opening the window doesn’t make the room feel any breezier, so it can be uncomfortable. Luckily, the mornings and nights were chilly, so I managed to sleep well. Location-wise, it’s about an 8-minute walk to Ørestad metro and train station. From there, you can take the metro straight into the city centre, catch a train directly to the airport, or even cross the Øresund Bridge to Malmö and Lund. For those seeking halal food, there's Royal Syawarma near Field's mall.

SSouthPhillyPTThe hotel is located close to the Central Train Station which made it convenient to reach different parts of the city by train or subway. The hotel was kept clean and had a welcoming-vibe. The hotel’s staff were friendly and always had a smile. We were lucky to have a room ready when we arrived around 10 am. The rooms were small. Think of NYC hotel rooms but had the essentials including a fridge. There is a luggage room to store your belongings pre and post stay.

PPypyppyI slept in women tent. The staff is super nice. And super useful guide to explore Copenhagen if you join the WhatsApp group. There’s port on bed for charging. A locker for you to put stuff. And the location is fantastic. Easy to get around the city by transportation nearby. They don’t have a kitchen but you can buy food to eat in the bar and there are many cafes, McDonald’s, street food and bar nearby. They have big washroom and seperate toilet and washroom that you dun have to worry about peeing yourself. And they have a bar. The room space is not big. And there’s many dust under the charging port on bed. But overall I think it’s fine.

GGuest UserI chose the hub with queen bed for my stay. It is good for short stay of 3 nights. The room is small but highly functional, so I feel comfortable during my stay. Amenities are good and staffs are friendly. Shared shower rooms and toilets are plenty, so there was no queue even during rush hours. The breakfast options will provide you with the vouchers to the nearby shops with different menus and opening hours. I think the breakfast is optional and the average values of the meals are 100 DKK.

OORexplorerSteel House Hostel was great for my 4 day stay in Copenhagen. I stayed in a 6-person women's room, and got assigned an upper bunk. The room was quite nice (a bit cramped but nothing out of the ordinary), and I liked how high the bunk was- above head height when people were standing, so it didn't feel like others were in my space, and there was plenty of space to sit fully up in the bunk. Bed and pillow was comfy. Lockers were a good size (fit my carry on suitcase plus a backpack; others had bigger suitcases that didn't fit), but the locking mechanism was a bit challenging- basic idea but seemed to be mechanical issues). There was a thermostat that could be set as low as 17C (~63F), which was the setting in my room, but this didn't work well- it was definitely in the low 70s (F) in the room and felt quite warm for sleeping. The fans in the bathroom and shower (separate, which was good for a shared room) didn't seem to work (no knob apparent for the shower; there was a knob in the bathroom but it didn't do anything), so the room got humid after one or two people showered. The hostel is huge, and almost more like a hotel. WiFi was spotty or absent in the room, but plenty of common areas to sit or work downstairs. Kitchen was frequently used, and I took advantage of the kitchen fridge for having skyr and fruit for breakfasts (costs 25DKK for your whole stay). I also rented a bike for a couple days. It seemed overpriced (~135 DKK for 24hr) but can't beat the convenience, and the bike (standard city cruiser) worked just fine.

GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe. However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold. And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering. There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk. If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

GGuest UserThe location is great, very close to Xingang. It's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle, and you'll almost always pass by Xingang Street. It's a bit far from the subway station, though, so it's a bit cumbersome to walk along the gravel road with luggage.
