mariascapesLocation wise, it is the best! There wwre hiccups where in (1) there were drillings at the next door room and I must say it was loud (2) there were issues on the toilet I had to fix it myself.

Dingdong RosalesYou get what you pay for. A budget (express) hotel for travelers on the go! If you simply need a nice, clean and convenient place to sleep in, then this is the hotel for you. Located right across the NAIA Terminal (there's a walk bridge nearby that connects you to the airport terminal), conveniently across a shopping mall, a casino and various commercial establishments in and around the Newport City township. Everything is easy access for you.
The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours.
Their ”express breakfast” is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day.
The BEST part about this ”express” hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!

The hotel is a bit old and a little far from the city center. However, ordering a Grab is very convenient, and you can get picked up and dropped off right at the entrance. Overall, I still think it's pretty good. Thumbs up! 👍

Guest UserDon’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet;
Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy；
if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent.
Stay away from this travel agency.

Guest UserUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

Great value hotel close to BGC center.
The hotel was around 20 minutes by Grab from NAIA, and the ride cost about ₱254 / €3.61.
A ₱1,000 deposit was required, but it was returned without issue at checkout.
The location was very convenient. Jollibee was about 650m away, Uptown Mall was around 950m away, and most places were within walking distance. The streets felt safe, with guards and surveillance in the area.
The staff were friendly, and the hotel was pretty good for the price. I liked that it was inexpensive while still being close to the main BGC area.
I would stay here again!

ソヨヨIt was a great experience. The doormen were very kind, helping with luggage and providing excellent service and directions. I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get to use the rooftop pool this time.

KTanMacBooked king sky deluxe but they gave me twin sky instead. They said there was a leak on the room. This is my 2nd time booking in this hotel. Renee AgnesStayed here with my husband since we had somewhere nearby to go, and overall it was a good choice. The location is very convenient, with lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. We had a car so it was easy for us to get around, but it might be less accessible for commuters. The hotel staff were also very nice and accommodating, which we appreciated.
On the downside, the gym and pool weren’t very convenient to access since you still have to go down to the lobby to inform them before using them. The shower temperature was also inconsistent and would suddenly turn cold even on a warm setting. What we enjoyed the most was the breakfast buffet! The food was super yummy and definitely one of the best for its price. Overall, for a hotel in a business district, it’s sulit and worth it.

Guest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.
