It was a good stay at Grand Westside Hotel. It was a weekend stay so I expect it to be busy. I queued for about 30 mins and another 30 mins at the reception because the other connecting room I booked wasn’t ready yet. I arrived at around 2:30 pm and checked in past 3:30 pm. They only gave one room, but promised to give the keycards for the other room asap but they gave it so late, it was around 6pm. They offered to give us late check out until 1pm next day. But I think it’s not compensated fairly.
I also emailed ahead for a complimentary cake for our Wedding Anniversary, and request it also upon check in and said they will have it deliver to our room next day, but no complimentary cake received. I’m a bit dismayed.
Overall, i’ll give it a 7.5/10. An improvement for the customer service is needed.

The room was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was absolutely phenomenal. The space is great, but the amenities aren't quite up to standard—an additional wardrobe would be a huge help for guests staying a while. Also, the front gate being occupied by car parking made coming and going a bit inconvenient. One thing that left a sour note: I arrived for an early check-in around 6-7 AM. The counter staff charged me an extra PHP 600. I'm not sure if this is standard hotel policy, but in my experience elsewhere, if the room is ready, it's usually offered as a free gesture of goodwill. That would have made the service feel much more comfortable.
This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option.
Everything is good. The buffet breakfast is okay too. Location is near terminal 3 its convenient if you have flights in terminal 3. The bed is soft and we had a good sleep.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured remarkably comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable—nothing was too much trouble.
The location was perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of popular landmarks. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet; it had a huge variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay!
I was genuinely surprised by Achievers Airport Hotel. I mean I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with the necessary amenities.
On the ground floor, you'll find a gift shop, a currency exchange counter, and a restaurant, all conveniently located. While it can get quite busy and seem jam-packed at times, the staff remains attentive and helpful throughout, which adds to the positive experience. I didn't encounter any issues with service.
The hotel’s restaurant was one of my favorite parts. Expect a lot of Filipino and Asian, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. They also have a bar there. It’s a great spot after a long journey (going home also) or during a short layover.
However, being an airport hotel, the location does come with huge noises. Planes take off and land every 15-30 minutes. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a consideration, but for short stays like just a few hours or a day it’s quite manageable.
The proximity to the airport makes it extremely convenient for travelers with tight schedules or early flights, eliminating the hassle of long commutes. And speaking of commutes, they have a FREE shuttle ride from the hotel to NAIA departure area.
Overall i like it. Achievers Airport Hotel offers a surprisingly good experience, especially for those needing a quick and comfortable stay near the airport. Perfetct if you’re looking for a no-frills, convenient place to rest between flights.

We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable.
1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise.
2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80!
3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room.
4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1.
5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise.
Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.
I love the service! Hospitality is amazing I feel it's the one of the best in SEA for a 4 star hotel. Compliments to the staffs that check my room upon check out and found my glasses I forgot to pack. They returned it almost immediately upon check out.
Compliments to the guards outside as well, they escorted us especially at night to the other side to get to the mall due to crazy traffic haha !
Casino can be improved with more different table games that has progressive jackpot I.e. paigow, stud poker etc. Too too many baccarat table.
Location is perfect for those who wants to stay and experience the local as this hotel is buried in many local residential area unlike Newport.
Overall, I will return for another short getaway 🥰

The hotel is accessible. Room is clean and spacious (special thanks to Ms. Carmi Gamboa of Grand Westside for the upgrade). Staff are nice and helpful. Thankful for the complimentary cake that they gave my son for his birthday. Pool is nice and the kids would definitely have fun (2ft and 4ft only). This is one of the hotels I would recommend. Very affordable
Bfast is fine the receptionist also are all friendly :) location is fine but i like the car service they can pick u up at the airport and bring u also back to airport its for free
I enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.
If needing a place in Ortigas area this is a great choice. Clean rooms good supplies and comfy beds. Good AC. Free water. Breakfast buffet with room is excellent and good service in the 2nd floor restaurant. Overall would stay again if in the area. Free parking a plus as well. Note this is an older hotel and as such some of the doors are cracked in the bottom line to the bathroom in rm. 1903 and tubs are a bit high so be careful stepping in and out. Rubber mats will be helpful in preventing slips and falls. Service at the desk is excellent and outlets good as well. Thanks.
A frequent guest here @ grandwestside hotel. i wil recomend this hotel! It’s just near to malls , resort-casino & airport! Friendly staff,. Delicious food & good value for mone
