Location wise, it is the best! There wwre hiccups where in (1) there were drillings at the next door room and I must say it was loud (2) there were issues on the toilet I had to fix it myself. Pro: location.

You get what you pay for. A budget (express) hotel for travelers on the go! If you simply need a nice, clean and convenient place to sleep in, then this is the hotel for you. Located right across the NAIA Terminal (there's a walk bridge nearby that connects you to the airport terminal), conveniently across a shopping mall, a casino and various commercial establishments in and around the Newport City township. Everything is easy access for you. The hotel gym/fitness center is too basic. I expected a bit more because they did advertise it in their website. Fortunately, there is an Anytime Fitness branch nearby (a short walk) that's open 24 hours. Their ”express breakfast” is ok. Basic, nothing fancy, but enough to get you through the day. The BEST part about this ”express” hotel is their Express Checkout. Simply drop your room keys at the box (near the elevator) on your way out! No need to check-out at the counter!

The hotel is a bit old and a little far from the city center. However, ordering a Grab is very convenient, and you can get picked up and dropped off right at the entrance. Overall, I still think it's pretty good. Thumbs up! 👍

Don’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet; Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy； if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent. Stay away from this travel agency.

Unfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

We decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe. The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people. We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs. Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a great time staying at Valero. Our suite was spacious and clean. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the shower was working properly. We enjoyed the clean pool, and I had a great time in their well-equipped gym with a view. Right outside the hotel are a lot of shops, and it is just walking distance to Ayala Triangle Park. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others! Thank you!

Stayed here with my husband since we had somewhere nearby to go, and overall it was a good choice. The location is very convenient, with lots of restaurants and a convenience store nearby. We had a car so it was easy for us to get around, but it might be less accessible for commuters. The hotel staff were also very nice and accommodating, which we appreciated. On the downside, the gym and pool weren’t very convenient to access since you still have to go down to the lobby to inform them before using them. The shower temperature was also inconsistent and would suddenly turn cold even on a warm setting. What we enjoyed the most was the breakfast buffet! The food was super yummy and definitely one of the best for its price. Overall, for a hotel in a business district, it’s sulit and worth it.

I enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.
