It was a good stay at Grand Westside Hotel. It was a weekend stay so I expect it to be busy. I queued for about 30 mins and another 30 mins at the reception because the other connecting room I booked wasn’t ready yet. I arrived at around 2:30 pm and checked in past 3:30 pm. They only gave one room, but promised to give the keycards for the other room asap but they gave it so late, it was around 6pm. They offered to give us late check out until 1pm next day. But I think it’s not compensated fairly. I also emailed ahead for a complimentary cake for our Wedding Anniversary, and request it also upon check in and said they will have it deliver to our room next day, but no complimentary cake received. I’m a bit dismayed. Overall, i’ll give it a 7.5/10. An improvement for the customer service is needed.

The room was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was absolutely phenomenal. The space is great, but the amenities aren't quite up to standard—an additional wardrobe would be a huge help for guests staying a while. Also, the front gate being occupied by car parking made coming and going a bit inconvenient. One thing that left a sour note: I arrived for an early check-in around 6-7 AM. The counter staff charged me an extra PHP 600. I'm not sure if this is standard hotel policy, but in my experience elsewhere, if the room is ready, it's usually offered as a free gesture of goodwill. That would have made the service feel much more comfortable.

This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and featured remarkably comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable—nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for sightseeing, within walking distance of popular landmarks. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet; it had a huge variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay!

I was genuinely surprised by Achievers Airport Hotel. I mean I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out to be a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. On the ground floor, you'll find a gift shop, a currency exchange counter, and a restaurant, all conveniently located. While it can get quite busy and seem jam-packed at times, the staff remains attentive and helpful throughout, which adds to the positive experience. I didn't encounter any issues with service. The hotel’s restaurant was one of my favorite parts. Expect a lot of Filipino and Asian, and the food quality exceeded my expectations. They also have a bar there. It’s a great spot after a long journey (going home also) or during a short layover. However, being an airport hotel, the location does come with huge noises. Planes take off and land every 15-30 minutes. If you're sensitive to noise, this might be a consideration, but for short stays like just a few hours or a day it’s quite manageable. The proximity to the airport makes it extremely convenient for travelers with tight schedules or early flights, eliminating the hassle of long commutes. And speaking of commutes, they have a FREE shuttle ride from the hotel to NAIA departure area. Overall i like it. Achievers Airport Hotel offers a surprisingly good experience, especially for those needing a quick and comfortable stay near the airport. Perfetct if you’re looking for a no-frills, convenient place to rest between flights.

We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.

I love the service! Hospitality is amazing I feel it's the one of the best in SEA for a 4 star hotel. Compliments to the staffs that check my room upon check out and found my glasses I forgot to pack. They returned it almost immediately upon check out. Compliments to the guards outside as well, they escorted us especially at night to the other side to get to the mall due to crazy traffic haha ! Casino can be improved with more different table games that has progressive jackpot I.e. paigow, stud poker etc. Too too many baccarat table. Location is perfect for those who wants to stay and experience the local as this hotel is buried in many local residential area unlike Newport. Overall, I will return for another short getaway 🥰

GGuest UserMy experience at Holiday Inn Express Manila was a mixed bag. The bedding and pillows were quite comfortable, but the hallway insulation was poor. The toilet seat wasn't very clean, and the shower floor was yellowed with weak water pressure. During peak check-in, the front desk couldn't find my reservation, leading to a long wait. It wasn't until I threatened to cancel that they rushed to verify and process it.

AAnonymous UserThis is my 5th and I love staying here as always. The hotel is clean and smells good. This hotel is situated nearby park for a quick stroll, restaurants once you get hungry and grocery shops where you can buy your immediate needs. I would say the accommodation is a bit pricey but there are days where you can book this at a very affordable price.Plus the staff are very accommodating and friendly for any urgent needs. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay here and would love to book again here.

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at Skyport Hotel near NAIA. The location is convenient, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. However, there were a few things that disappointed us during our stay. They did not provide slippers, which would have been helpful and more comfortable for guests. The air conditioning was also very cold, and it was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. Another concern was the cleanliness. The towel was simply hanging at the back of the bathroom door, which made me feel unsure if it was properly cleaned or freshly prepared. It would be better if towels were sealed or neatly arranged to assure guests of hygiene. Overall, the location is good, but there is definitely room for improvement in comfort and cleanliness.

CCarmssssOur Anniversary Stay at B Hotel – As Wonderful As Ever! We just got back from our anniversary stay here, and as usual, the place didn’t disappoint! The moment we walked into the lobby, that lovely signature scent hit us – such a warm welcome. You can really tell they put so much effort into keeping everything spotlessly clean everywhere you look. We checked in pretty late at 7pm, but the staff were all so pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room, we were thrilled to find a beautiful set-up – it made our anniversary feel extra special! The room itself was clean and smelled fresh, just like in all our past visits. The only little hiccup was with the hot water – we had a hard time getting the temperature right, which never happened before, but it was manageable. Breakfast was great as always, and I was so glad to see they’re refilling the food much quicker now. The staff were super attentive too, always making sure our water glasses were full. I also want to mention how much I appreciate that they stick to their rules – I showed up in flipflops for the buffet, and they kindly let me know I’d need to change my footwear. It’s clear they care about maintaining standards, and that’s a good thing! Parking was a bit tricky – honestly, it was mostly our fault for not telling the front desk right away that we needed them to call us when a spot opened up. We ended up parking outside until around 4am, but they did give us a call once there was space, so my husband was able to move the car to the guest parking and avoid paying overnight fees. One nice surprise – we found out this time that we can actually walk to ATC and Molito! We’ve always driven everywhere before and ended up paying for parking, so now we know better for next time. All in all, it was another really good stay – we love coming here and can’t wait to plan our next visit!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

GGuest UserMella Hotel offers a pleasant stay with some notable highlights. At night, the hotel truly shines thanks to its beautiful light decorations that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, during the daytime, the exterior looks a bit plain compared to its nighttime charm. Inside, the experience is much better—the lobby and rooms are clean and well-maintained, giving a sense of comfort and order. The staff deserves special mention for being attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The GRO (receptionist) greets guests with a genuine smile and provides accommodating service, which adds a personal touch to the overall experience. If you value cleanliness and excellent customer service, Mella Hotel is a solid choice.
