Beth Howard De SilvaMy stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, conveniently near Manila Airport with a free shuttle service. It's also just a 15-minute walk to Terminal 3.
The room cleanliness was good, but the facilities are quite old and show their age, indicating an older renovation.
Breakfast is provided in all rooms, but the variety is quite limited – better than nothing, I suppose.

Anonymous UserOverall love they stay but the room had a musty weird smell and walls and sheets had some marks. The customer service was rly good though and staff are rly accommodating and nice. Location is great near the big malls and famous landmarks plus near the airport. Breakfast buffet was great stayed for 4 days and the menu was different every day

Guest UserDon’t booking this hotel through the travel agency online especially this travel agency ； it is Super inhumane, once you make a reservation; No matter what uncontrollable events occur to you ; there is no way to cancel tthe booking even the travel agency doesn’t confirm with the hotel yet;
Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy；
if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent.
Stay away from this travel agency.

Guest UserUnfortunately for me I didn’t get to stay here as I was notified this wasn’t available after I had booked it. Though I was redirected to another accommodation in a different location not far by the same host however this happened at midnight and I couldn’t say no as I was fatigued from the travel. Where I stayed wasn’t the same offered from this booking however the host did his best to accommodate me to the best of his ability, even upgrading my room the next day and allowing me to check out very late as my flight was at 11pm. Though it didn’t work out at first, it did in the end. Photos are from the upgraded room.

_nonameatallWe decided to book a hotel near BGC for an event, knowing we would be staying out late. I'm so glad we found this place! It’s a very affordable hotel in the area that offers a cozy yet luxurious vibe.
The bed was absolutely comfortable. We booked a standard room, and it was incredibly budget-friendly. The air conditioning worked perfectly and gave us the exact comfort we needed. Plus, the room size is just right for two people.
We stayed on the 6th floor, and guess what? The water pressure in the shower was excellent, making a hot bath so relaxing. The bathroom is also wonderfully designed, letting in plenty of natural light even without turning on the bulbs.
Their Wi-Fi is incredibly fast—highly recommended for anyone looking to stay and work! They also have an indoor restaurant that everyone can enjoy.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed there for my and daughter’s birthday. The hotel prepared a welcome cake and towel cake as a surprise. They have a playroom with ps5 where all of us enjoyed. Free shuttle service too going to Bellevue hotel for the pool access. The hotel staff are all friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close range to the mall and other convenience stores. Wifi is good, the only thing is the tv internet connection is slow so you won’t be able to watch properly, but it did not make big impact to our wonderful stay. Most importantly, the room temperature is cold!
This will always be our top choice for having a birthday staycation.

Guest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.
