This hotel has a great resort vibe, and I loved the sophisticated lighting design in the room. The way the light and shadow effects in the common areas change with the sunlight is truly wonderful. You can tell the staff is a professional team. The greeters are very observant, the breakfast front desk lady is warm and friendly, and after booking, our butler Xiao Can contacted us in advance, providing thoughtful and attentive service. The only downside was a child screaming and yelling in the hallway from the adjacent room, which was a bit noisy. Also, the commercial facilities around the hotel could be improved. However, these are minor issues, and it's still a great place! 👍

The hotel truly lives up to its online reputation; the overall ambiance is elegant and grand, and the service is professional and attentive. The rooms are spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the hygiene details are meticulously maintained. The toiletries are of excellent quality, making for a superb stay. The location is prime, offering convenient access to everything. Hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful environment. The staff are gentle and detail-oriented in their service. Overall, the quality is very high and well worth staying. This is my fourth time visiting Gulangyu, and choosing Lin's Mansion this time has been the best experience yet. The hotel staff provided pick-up and drop-off service to the pier, and the room service was impeccable. They were incredibly polite, warm, and patient with both children and elderly guests. The hotel itself is very picturesque, perfect for photos. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Gulangyu. **Lady's Qipao Experience:** The qipaos are of excellent quality and absolutely stunning, with a wide array of accessories to match. The staff were enthusiastic in helping us choose and offered great suggestions. The photos produced at the end were incredibly high quality and truly worth keeping. It's definitely an experience worth having for a souvenir. **Special Welcome Drink:** It felt very ceremonial and tasted delicious.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in Sanfang Qixiang's Wenrufang, and it's a short walk from the museum car park opposite. It's pet-friendly and the rooms are large and very unique. Sanfang Qixiang is truly wonderful, very clean, with endless former residences to explore. It's close to the popular 'Love Tree' and dining is very convenient with many special restaurants nearby. The breakfast service was also great; even though we were late, the staff were not impatient at all and helped us get food. Excellent service! We'll definitely come again~

Our stay at Shangri-La Xiamen was absolutely perfect! A special thank you to Yulia and Irene, two amazing staff members. Before our arrival, Yulia proactively contacted me to provide a detailed overview of the hotel's parent-child activities and a hair accessory photo shoot event, which she then helped us book – it was incredibly helpful. The service during our stay was also very thoughtful. Nearing check-out, as we had a small baby with us, Yulia kindly helped me request a late check-out, which really solved a travel dilemma for me. Her demeanor was gentle and patient throughout. Ms. Irene also thoughtfully and thoroughly answered many of our questions during our stay and even gave me a souvenir. The hotel's environment, room cleanliness, and facilities were all impeccable. Coupled with the warm and professional service from these two staff members, our entire trip was exceptionally comfortable. Our little one also loved the hotel's kids' club and continued to play there for a while after check-out. Next time we visit Xiamen, we will definitely choose this hotel again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

The room was excellent. Dining and getting around were also very convenient. What I especially liked was that the scenic room, being at the end of the corridor, was very quiet. The front desk staff, housekeeping, and laundry service were all warm and professional. A great perk was being able to directly message them on WeChat for any service requests. The breakfast was quite rich, and the breakfast service was also noteworthy; they even gave out small gifts to encourage children to finish their plates. This is truly a hotel with a warm atmosphere and high-quality service overall!

I first heard about Linggan Hotel through an article by Teacher Maori and immediately bookmarked it as a great B&B. When I had the chance to travel to Xiamen during the off-season at the end of the year, I booked a king-size room at Linggan the day after I booked my flight. I chose the Sanqiutian Pier for the ferry, as Baidu Maps showed it was closer to the B&B. After getting off the pier, it was just over a 10-minute walk to the property. The B&B has a rather large courtyard, and its location offers a peaceful retreat while being close to both Piano Pier and Longtou Road. My favorite spot was the small balcony seating at the end of the corridor; enjoying a cup of coffee from the downstairs cafe and soaking up the sun in the afternoon was simply delightful. The room decor was minimalist, but all essential amenities were provided, showing great attention to detail. The large bathtub even came with a perfectly sized liner. In the evening, playing some favorite music on the in-room Bose Bluetooth speaker was just perfect. The breakfast on the second day was a set meal, very generous and delicious. You could choose to enjoy it in the cafe downstairs or in the outdoor garden. Both the auntie and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I hope the prices don't increase too much during peak season, as I truly want to come back again!

A day before our arrival, the housekeeper sent us a detailed message with all sorts of tips and information. They covered everything, even asking if we were traveling with children so they could prepare special toiletries and toys for them. The swimming pool had free water guns and kayaks, and the lobby offered free Hanfu for photo ops. When I arrived, I saw a lovely young lady waiting for us in the parking lot – it turned out to be Xiao Shi, who I had been communicating with. This seemingly delicate girl actually helped us with our luggage and guided us to our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. What's more, when my sister left her cosmetics in the room, Xiao Shi contacted me immediately and even delivered them to our door! Such a dedicated personal butler definitely deserves a bonus! Lijiazhuang Hotel is hidden in a quiet corner of Gulangyu Island, with a clean and elegant environment and a perfect geographical location. Its historical atmosphere and architectural beauty interweave a restrained and rich aura, which is impressive. The room we stayed in was warm and elegant, and it was one of my favorite spaces on this trip. The service is even more exemplary. The housekeepers Xiao Chen and Xiao Wang are thoughtful and patient, and respond quickly, truly achieving ”details are service”. Such a hotel with great care and full of emotions, with good user experience and a deep reputation foundation, fully has the sustainable advantage of leveraging trust and building long-term customer assets. The future is promising. Bravo!

Though it’s a bit far from city centre but as a hot spring resort where u would spend time to relax, it’s a wonderful place to go with high CP value. Places were well maintained and very clean. Hot spring park was very nice with lots of helpful staffs around.

During check-in, the staff provided service with constant smiles, thoughtfully offering welcome fruits and snacks. In the evening, before bed, we enjoyed peanut soup, which truly enhanced the vacation atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, directly overlooking a garden waterscape. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and enjoying the sunset in the evening was incredibly pleasant. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom amenities featured natural fragrances, showing attention to detail. The hotel's buffet breakfast offered a rich variety, with freshly baked bread and freshly squeezed juices, all in an elegant dining environment. During downtime, a swim in the outdoor pool or a rejuvenating SPA treatment at the hotel helped melt away travel fatigue. The hotel also provides a complimentary picnic basket rental service, making it convenient for guests to enjoy a picnic on the lakeside lawn. My stay was a perfect 10, making this an ideal choice for a vacation getaway.
