Guest UserThis hotel is an investment by Singapore's Temasek Holdings, and it attracts a good number of international guests, especially from Singapore. The overall environment of the hotel is quite pleasant, feeling almost like a garden. However, there are some shortcomings:
1. The lobby, both in terms of overall size and the front desk area, is very cramped, leading to overcrowding and noise.
2. Among the front desk staff, some colleagues are very dedicated, like Jane, who, despite appearing new, is very conscientious. However, another young man, Jerry, seemed to lack patience.
3. In the rooms, the air conditioning's cooling performance was only average.
4. For a foreign-invested hotel, all the English 'Guest' signs in the elevators were misspelled.
Overall, the hotel's location is decent. However, it primarily caters to group tour clients, and the attention given to individual travelers seems to be a bit weaker. I hope to see improvements in the future.

The hotel boasts a new Chinese style blended with modern luxury, incorporating elements like garden moon gates and traditional青瓦石墙 (blue tile and stone walls) into its decor. The lobby features a charming江南庭院 (Jiangnan-style courtyard) with flowing water. Rooms have panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering plenty of natural light. My room even had a view of the Gate of the Orient! All rooms come standard with Sealy mattresses, luxury toiletries (the kind you'd find in a star-rated hotel), and complimentary daily tea and coffee. It's perfect for families or friends traveling together. They also have oversized suites with outdoor patios offering unobstructed views of Suzhou's old town.

Ray.JiangThe room was quite spacious, and they provided a good range of amenities for children, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathrobes, slippers, a booster stool, and a toilet seat. Thumbs up for that.
They kindly upgraded us to a deluxe king room for free and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM, which was great.
The balcony in the room was huge, but it didn't have a foldable drying rack, which was a real inconvenience. There was nowhere to hang clothes after swimming. My suggestion is to provide a foldable drying rack.
Another suggestion: for the outdoor water play area for kids, particularly at the waterwheel, it would be wonderful to add a small generator and lights. This way, as children play with the water circulation system, they can experience the effect of a hydroelectric power station – how water is transported up, then flows down, turning a turbine to generate electricity. This could also spark their interest in science while they play.
However, I found a hair in the bacon during breakfast, which was a big disappointment.

Guest UserI specifically chose the Kimpton Bamboo Grove to experience the charm of old Suzhou. This hotel, a refreshed version of the old Bamboo Grove Hotel, perfectly balances ancient city memories with modern luxury, and it was the biggest surprise of my trip. The hotel is rooted in the heart of Suzhou's old city. Instead of trying to create trendy internet-famous backdrops, it incorporates the essence of Suzhou gardens into its architecture. White walls, bamboo shadows, and rockeries with flowing water unfold gracefully along the corridors. Strolling through feels like stumbling upon a hidden private estate nestled in a bustling area, free from the noise of tourist spots, offering only the relaxed, authentic vibe of local life.
The balcony room I stayed in was bright and spacious. The interior design was understated and luxurious, with a Sealy mattress, Dyson hairdryer, and a separate makeup mirror all provided. The open-plan marble bathroom with a scenic window allowed me to enjoy the courtyard and pond while bathing. My butler, Cherry, was always available on WeChat, and all my small requests were promptly addressed. What impressed me most was the local culture subtly woven into the hotel's details: authentic Suzhou noodles for breakfast, freshly opened sweet coconuts, and gentle Pingtan performances in the courtyard during the evenings. The first round of drinks in the minibar was complimentary. Canglang Pavilion and Pingjiang Road are within walking distance, and the streets lined with old plane trees exude a vibrant local atmosphere. With its historical charm, attentive service, and a healing garden setting, it's perfect for both vacations and short stays. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Suzhou.

Guest UserThe location was directly at the tourist attraction very convenient. Hotel amenities are great, love the Dyson hair dryer and the hot water dispenser save time to boil. A very warm feeling staying in tte hotel as they will serve evening drink into our room and on the check out day they packed us a small bag of titbits which elevated the whole staying experience that they care for every guest. The staff were very friendly and polite, have to give special credits to 小海 and the 小姐姐 at the front desk whom served us on day 1. Despite my endless questions, they still patiently attended to me. Last but not least the wonderful shuttle service that they provide and the driver gave us good advice. Thumbs up to him!

Guest UserCame to Wuxi for a get-together with my sisters, and chose the Suning Galaxy International Hotel for the views. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of Wuxi at night, encompassing both the city skyline and glimpses of Huishan Mountain and Taihu Lake – I absolutely loved it! 💕 The bedding was super comfortable. I was woken up by insects outside the window in the middle of the night, which was a small hiccup, but after communicating with the butler, the issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. This dedication to prioritizing guests' peace and comfort truly reflects the core of the hotel's service. Good management isn't just about spotting problems, but also about the comforting touch that follows [strong]. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping and dining downstairs [satisfied]. Our personal butler, Bunny, was always online and responded quickly to any requests, making our check-in and stay incredibly smooth and worry-free [love].

Posted on Nov 17, 2024|Qi Chi Courtyard Private Hot Spring Family Room [Terrace + Independent Private Hot Spring Pool]
Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

I came to Nanjing for Liu Yuning's concert, and the Regalia Hotel I chose this time truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is about 3 kilometers from the venue, so a taxi ride was very quick. After the show, I could get back to my room quickly to rest, avoiding a lot of traffic headaches. The location is absolutely perfect for concert-goers. What touched me even more was the hotel's service, especially Ada at the front desk. She was so warm and attentive, making me feel incredibly welcomed from check-in to check-out. It added a lot of warmth to my solo fan-chasing trip. Although the room wasn't huge, it was decorated very cozily and was impeccably clean. The bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after days of rushing around and the excitement of the concert.
The only 'minor regret' was Nanjing's weather these past two days – the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit unexpected. However, the hotel itself was always warm and comfortable. If I come to Nanjing again for a show or to visit, Regalia will definitely be my first choice!

Guest UserI’d call this hotel a ‘soul-healing pod for city dwellers’ ✨
At first, I was just drawn in by the gentle vibe in the pictures. It's funny how you just know when something's right – the moment I clicked on it, I thought, 'Yep, this is the one.' But staying here turned out to be even more therapeutic than I imagined.
When I checked in, the front desk guy upgraded my room, and my heart melted the moment I opened the door to that scenic balcony. The evening breeze in Suzhou recently has been as soft as cotton candy. After a shower, I sat on the balcony, just zoning out. No mosquitoes, no traffic noise, just the night sky and the occasional cool gust. At that moment, I felt like a leaf that had been ironed flat 🍃.
I also have to rave about the wellness programs here! The sound bath with singing bowls was my little nightly treat; the sound rippled through the dark like a brain massage. The oxygen chamber and the Xiaoyu therapy bed were my 'sleep switches' – the second time I lay on that massage bed, I just drifted off... The therapists tailored the treatments to my physical condition; it wasn't a one-size-fits-all routine. I truly felt 'seen' and 'cared for.'
Even on a solo trip, I felt completely at ease. Although the hotel is in the city, the soundproofing is like another dimension. It’s super close to Humble Administrator's Garden, Guanqian Street, and Pingjiang Road. Delivery food was available whenever I wanted it; I could even summon nearby Suzhou-style snacks with a click. One day, I ordered all three meals for delivery, and the front desk guy even offered to bring them up to my room – seriously, their thoughtfulness made me want to give them candy 🍬. Mini-bar, fruit, and a nightly 'goodnight soup' were all provided daily. It was pure bliss.
I initially only planned to stay for two days, but it was so comfortable that I extended my stay for another night. After three days, my shoulders and neck felt relaxed, and even my breathing had slowed down by half a beat.
I think I'll be back. Not just for that evening breeze, that bed, or that delivered bowl of Suzhou mung bean soup, but also for the gentle 'I hope you rest well' look in every staff member's eyes here.
Whether you're alone or with someone, this place will gently embrace you. 🌙
