Excellent location with convenient access throughout the area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide array of options to choose from!

First time to Nanjing, thought about booking one of these Shangri-la, Marriot, Andaz, Kempinski and Intercontinental. Decision was made - Intercontinental, the tallest hotel in the region, closed to metros and local shops. Free upgraded room with sensational view to Xuan Wu Lake, hotel team are all excellent from check-in to check-out. Overall, highly recommended hotel to tourist visiting Nanjing.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

I chose to stay at Artyzen Suzhou this time because I had a good impression of Artyzen Macau, and I saw that the hotel just opened in 2023, so I wanted to experience it. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic on the day I checked in, and she even upgraded me to a suite. I quickly entered the room by swiping my card. The room is large and has a strong sense of design. The overall decoration style is simple and practical. Some details are very pleasant, such as the plush slippers provided, which are perfect for this season. However, maybe because of the large number of guests during the holidays, I felt that the entire room was not very clean. From the desktop to the floor, from the bathroom floor tiles to the floor drain in the shower area, it was not the hygienic environment that a hotel of this level should have. After looking at it a little bit, The comments resonated with me, and I hope Suzhou Artchen can improve its hardware and software services so that it can truly stay and stay new.

My initial stay didn’t start off great. The concierge saw me struggling with my luggage and didn’t bother to help (would rather listen to his music on his AirPods). Told the front desk (they could check CCTV to see he just sorta watched me). To make amends they sent up some fruit. The room was a good size and clean. The morning buffet is alright but better to get something outside of the hotel as the variety wasn’t too good. Overall a good stay and I would recommend. One downside for sure was the gym / pool. It’s hard to find and the service was terrible. People on their phones until I asked for their attention (just to check details) and they just kept going “Shenme?” Made no effort to help so bailed. It looked pretty filthy as well.

My hotel stay was wonderful. Checking in was smooth, and they recognized my silver member status. The staff was friendly and attentive during my visit. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection of food. I used the gym daily; it had modern equipment. My room was spacious and offered a lovely view of the lake. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and dining spots. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

Polite front desk clerk. Room was OK, kind of average but no complaint. Window glass was unbelievably dirty that you don't want open the curtain even sunshine was beautiful. What really surprised me was breakfast. Food was obviously not matching Shangri-La brand equity. Maybe it was due to weekend promotion but no idea. When we arrived the table was not ready. I waited for the table yo be cleaned. A young lady came with tablewares. Before she did any cleaning she dropped the tablewares on the table and then about to clean. I asked her why she did that before cleaning. She realized something and moved the tablewares to a chair (CHAIR!) which is another surprise. But the best part has yet to start. She used a mop to rub on the table. I could see some food residues turning into paste and spreading on the table. The rest was wiped off to carpet...! Can you believe? How did you guys train and qualify new staff before the start working? I complained to the manager. Fortunately He understood and and cleaned the carpet. Shangri-La was one of my favorites. Hope it will continue to be.

Only stayed for one night but it was worth it. Conveniently located not far away from Eslite Book Store by Didi. It was .a .quick and easy check in. Everything is marked out in easy to read signs. My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, it was easy to fall asleep. The breakfast was.scrumptious. Sorry no time to take photos this trip. When I want to return for more books at Eslite, I will probably stay here again. 😃😘

The hotel is located in the an excellent location, being very close to Jinji Lake and Suzhou Center. The exterior of the hotel and the surrounding scenery harmonize beautifully, especially with the night illuminations blending in perfectly. The interior design of the hotel is very elaborate, and the service provided by each staff member is outstanding. The only issues I encountered during my stay were with the bathroom facilities, which were fixed after a quick call to the service staff. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast had a plentiful selection of main dishes; however, it would have been nice to have a greater variety of side dishes available.

Facilities: Very classical, full of Jiangnan garden atmosphere Hygiene: I didn’t find any hygiene dead spots. The hotel is not new, but it is very clean. Environment: Those who like garden atmosphere will like it very much. The swimming pool is also divided into indoor and outdoor areas. It is very big and very good. Service: The lady at the front desk is very kind and polite. She was the only one doing the processing and she was very comfortable👍 The hotel also includes tickets for Panmen Scenic Area. You can enter the scenic area directly from the hotel with your room card. It’s really great. Panmen is also super fun.

Zhuhui Hotel, the first Kimpton hotel in the mainland, has been attracting much attention since its opening. This time I finally had the opportunity to stay and experience it. The whole process is also very wonderful. I would like to thank Lisa for her hard work in helping us arrange check-in. Not only did she help us upgrade to the courtyard waterscape with a great view, but she also gave us welcome fruits and desserts. Even though it was Lisa's day off during our stay, she still took good care of us. We make the whole check-in process very smooth. An excellent hotel is inseparable from the high-quality service of the staff. The staff of the entire hotel, whether it is restaurants, bars or guest rooms, are very friendly and kind. This is probably the feeling of being at home.

I picked the hotel based on its proximity to the Nanjing museum and the Zhongshan cemetery. The location is soooo good. I was given a room on high floor. The view is simply stunning. The service is okay. I used the lobby cafe tea place- the service is lukewarm. But the front desk gave me 4 cups of coffee or tea free from the place. So it cancelled out the negative service experience.  The room is spacious. The deco is dated. But okay.

Good location, close to metro. Room is spacious with toiletries, coffee/tea making facility. Hotel staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. This is a fully SMOKE-FREE hotel, which makes my stay comfortable and pleasant.

Furnishing and fittings of room were dated but still acceptable. Not good experience when I checked in where they told me that they could only give me an adjoining room i.e. poor if not nil sound-proofing from the next room for the 1st night and I could move to another room thereafter. I booked months ago and paid fully for it but they did not reserve the non-smoking room I had booked. I did not change room cos of the hassle of doing so and had the 'pleasure' of hearing everything (snores included) going on in the adjoining room. Best part of this hotel is the location: near fuzimiao, da men dong and shopping centers. Housekeeping was also very efficient, friendly and courteous, beating any 5 stay hotel.

The location is a bit away from metro station and there are a lot of construction around. The rooms are big and the swimming pool is very nice and well serviced. Breakfast is ok but one coffee machine working was not enough for all. The room service was fast and good. The concierge was amazing very helpful and attentive. Their English is very good. It is worth the money. Thanks Sofitel.

Great view from the room (28th F). Very satisfied with the stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming. An only complaint would be the dinner menu a la carte which was disappointing.

[Return to Nanjing on February 20th] Like the hotel, haha ​​😊. I checked the weather and found that it was raining in Nanjing between 19 and 20. I decided to change my stay to Nanjing Xuanwu Hotel, which is accessible by subway. It was a wise and lucky choice. After calling the receptionist Xiao Zhu for the first time and listening to our needs, we reserved a free upgraded lake view room. When we arrived, we found that the bed type was not suitable and asked for extra money to change rooms. Manager Xue at the front desk applied for an executive room on the 17th floor for us, and it was actually a free room upgrade. The room is very clean, worthy of the old five-star rating. When checking out, I gave my child a Ctrip Travel amenity bag. I accidentally discovered that this store also has a special check-in channel for Ctrip members, and the points can be discounted for 197 yuan on the room rate. There is a large shopping mall similar to Vientiane City next to it, and there are many convenient dining options. If there is no fruit, you can choose it from the box for delivery, and there is a takeaway rack for collection. We had breakfast in the hotel's revolving restaurant, overlooking the hazy Xuanwu Lake in the distance. It was said that on a nice day we could watch the sunrise. After dinner, I took the subway to Line 2 and went to the Memorial Hall of the Victims of the Nanjing Massacre by the Japanese Invaders. In the afternoon I took a taxi to the Yangtze River Bridge.

Great hotel, right in the heart of the city and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. My room was comfortable and had a great view. Breakfast had a good selection.

Room was better than what I had expected. Stayed on the 42nd floor with astonishing view of the vibrant city. Location is good, breakfast could be better. I would definitely love to come back again for future trip to Wuxi.

The hotel lobby is decorated with a festive New Year atmosphere. The receptionist at the front desk is very warm and friendly, and the service is very attentive and considerate. It is best to swipe your card to go to the elevator to the room. The security measures are in place, so there is no need to worry about harassment by others. The overall environment is warm and quiet. The room is large, the bed is neat, the facilities are complete, and there is an iron to organize clothes. The hotel has a large garden with fountains, fish soup, flowers and trees. The garden design is great, I like it! I will choose here next time

Just perfect! Everything was impeccable: friendly and effective service, excellent large room with everything needed, great buffet breakfast, and outstanding location. I stayed overnight before a flight from Wuxi Shuofang International Airport, and the location couldn’t be better for that. Coming by train from Shanghai in the afternoon, the hotel entrance is literally right outside the exit gate of Wuxi Central Station, and then next morning, Metro Line 3 which is under the station meant an easy 30 minute trip to the airport.

Super satisfied. From check-in to departure, the housekeeper took great care of me. The room was upgraded to One Flower One World. The location is super convenient. The main street is very close to eating, drinking and entertainment. It is very suitable for taking children for a leisurely trip. The housekeeper Xiao Chen took care of us throughout the whole process. Seeing how many children we had in the room, he brought a box of water for his birthday. Gave a gift 😘

Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was decent. There was enough varieties for both Chinese and western guests. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

I stay at 50th floor, nice view. No building have taller than you. The staff here also do their jobs, which is very good. Shopping around for sight seeing and hang-out after work. Close to the main railway station. Good.

Room is big and clean. Location is closed to the scenic spot, especially to and thro’ the Sakura island during the Sakura blossom period! Chinese cuisine on 1/F restaurant is superb! Snack bar on 9/F is good as well, try their hamburger, delicious! Lots of variety of food in the breakfast buffet! Overall, wonderful!

That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

Coastal City Atour Hotel is located in the coastal city area of an urban complex on the shore of Taihu Lake in the south of Wuxi. It is accessible from Exit 7 of Civic Center Station of Metro Line 1, and the traffic is very convenient. The hotel's service is in place and warm and attentive. The room is very clean and atmospheric. The large floor-to-ceiling windows can enjoy the day and night city view of Taihu New Town, and even the Taihu Lake and Lihu Lake in the distance can be seen. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. In short, it is a hotel worth staying at with high cost performance. Those who drive by themselves can park their car in Zone F of the Coastal City Underground Garage, and then take the elevator to the hotel lobby on the 36th floor to check in in the direction of the arrow in the hotel office area.
