"The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options and plenty of seating. The bed in the room was comfortable, and the pillows and sheets were clean. The bed's firmness was just right. The room itself was spacious, but the toilet and sink were a bit old. However, the shower screen was new, and there was ample hot water. I would stay here again."

"Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The soundproofing was also good. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. It offers great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The biggest drawback is its location, which is quite rural, surrounded by nature parks, and small residential towns. On the plus side, the rooms are genuinely spacious. This time, I stayed near the edge of the building, with windows on two sides. One of the windows opens to a view of distant snow-capped mountains 🏔️. Additionally, the soundproofing and cleanliness were excellent. The air control system can be a bit noisy, but once it’s turned off at night, the room is wonderfully quiet. The hotel also features its own gym and swimming pool, which include some classes, a sauna, a steam room, and a hydrotherapy pool. While it can get busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. Many of the club members are local residents, and listening to their amusing banter in the steam room was quite entertaining. Staying at a hotel alone is such a blissful way to relax. When I get home, I’ve decided to upgrade my bedding and incorporate sauna sessions into my routine!"

"Hotel is located in the very heart of Belfast, nit far from airport bus stop. There are some restaurants nearby, as well as Tesco. Breakfast a bit basic, but good."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a ten-minute walk from the Central Station and right next to the City Hall, making transportation very convenient. The set-menu breakfast options were also quite good, and the staff were very friendly. The room was cleaned daily, and water was replenished. I chose a room with a City Hall view, but it was a bit noisy facing the street."

"I stayed there for 2 nights but there’s no maid to come to make up my room and need to improve the amenities in the room at least should have hairdyer and kettle. Great location though."
