"- It smells really, really, really bad of chemicals. - The floor-standing air conditioner is in the small bedroom, running at full blast, but the apartment is stuffy, hot, and the air conditioner howls and blows on you. The problem is that the hot air exhaust pipe is taped to a hole in the window! The tape keeps coming apart, and at the same time, 70-degree air is blowing into the apartment, resulting in a room temperature of about 25-30 degrees. YOU CAN'T LIVE HERE IN THE SUMMER!!!! - The washing machine is so dirty that after taking my clothes out, I realized I needed to rewash them. Apparently, they're washing rugs and floor mats. Don't use the washing machine. - I should note that I was moved to an apartment where the air conditioner at least worked, but the apartment isn't cool. - Checkout is at 10... that's not normal. - The receptionist was nice, but what can he do?"
