"We had a reservation for just one night at this hotel on our way home from Durango to Tucson. We had booked a king, barrier free room. We didn't necessarily need the barrier free room, but it was available, so that's what we booked. When we arrived, they offered to upgrade us to a suite. We thought that sounded nice, even though we were only staying for one night and had to leave early the next morning. After we were all checked in, she offered to show us our room and started walking up the stairs. My knees don't like stairs, so I told her I would need to take the elevator. She said that hotel does not have an elevator. So we ended up changing back to the main first floor barrier free room. Not sure why they would think we would want a second floor room when we had originally booked a barrier free room. The room is very clean and comfortable, with the exception of the hide-a-bed couch. That was very uncomfortable to sit on, not to mention it sat so low that it was difficult to get up from. It was not at all a good choice for a barrier free room."
