Real Guest Reviews about Ho Chi Minh City Accommodations
"The hotel is nice and neat. Lobby is very refresh. They served welcome drink. Staff spoke English too."
"Beautiful view, perfect location and overall, enjoyed the whole stay"
"The accommodation was very clean, probably because it's newly built, and the floor wasn't carpeted, which made it feel fresh and comfortable. The complimentary bottled water was convenient. The hotel's location was great too, close to attractions like the Pink Church, and it wasn't in an entertainment district with dodgy businesses, so I felt safe walking around. Most importantly, thanks to the tall male staff member who helped us with our luggage during check-in on the evening of March 19th and check-out around 7 PM on March 22nd, we're leaving with wonderful memories of Vietnam and this hotel. I didn't catch his name, but he was wearing a black shirt and pants, was slender, and very tall! Besides him, all the staff members, from those who held the door for us entering and leaving the hotel, to the front desk staff who assisted with check-in, were incredibly friendly and professional. I highly, highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit again! 👍🏼💕"
"Newly opened, very good location in the heart of HCMC around the corner from Japan town. Service is exceptional, staff are super friendly. Shoutout to Lily from the front desk who helped me with a smooth check in process, tons of recommendations, luggage storage / logistics after I checked out. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need, perfect for a solo traveler but I will note that they are a bit on the smaller side so take that in mind if you’re traveling with a large group. Same with the gym, great gym has everything you need from treadmill to weights but it’s small so if there are 1 or 2 other people there it’s going to be crowded. The hot and cold plunge is enjoyable and breakfast is good. Will stay again when visiting HCMC!"
"This was my first time staying at a hotel where I scalded myself with steam from the kettle. The steam vent was positioned awkwardly, and my hand happened to be there. I was in a rush for my flight, so I just chalked it up to bad luck! Also, the bedside lamp wouldn't turn off. I was so tired I fumbled around trying to find a switch, but in the end, I just had to cover it with a towel to sleep. The lobby restroom smelled terrible, and there was a strong odor in my room. On top of all that, they demanded a 1 million rupiah deposit. When paying for the rooftop hotel, they didn't give me any change back. Is that how they force you to tip? The elevator decor was rundown. I can't believe a hotel like this costs 600."
"Had a lovely stay here. The location was great, and the bed was really comfortable — the pillows were just perfect! Viet Anh and the rest of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, and the shower pressure was honestly amazing haha. Would definitely stay here again!"
