"A wonderful place, a wonderful hotel. However, we probably chose the wrong time to visit. There was renovation work going on at the hotel for the first two days, and workers were even operating around the pool. For breakfast, we had to deal with the staff directly to get it sorted, but after contacting Trip.com, the situation improved somewhat. Two more families checked in later 😊. On the bright side, while there were waves everywhere else in Phuket, the sea right by us was magical. The Instagram-worthy Xantia Hotel is nearby. All in all, we were happy with our stay."
