"In our entire trip of Switzerland this was the most unpleasant experience. Infact I’ve been to Switzerland more than 10 times and never had such an experience. I just had a meal there on the 9th of April at 4 pm. The staff serving us was most rude. Being a vegetarian I had questions for my food. He asked me to take my plate to the kitchen myself to meet the chef. I left the restaurant without eating but paid for the entire meal. Most contrary of Swiss Hospitality. I would sincerely request the owner to look into this personally."
