"Title: Friendly and thoughtful staff, comfortable stay, fully equipped facilities Due to a cancelled flight to Amsterdam, we arrived a day late, reducing our original two-night stay to just one night. Although the booking was non-refundable, the hotel kept our room for us upon receiving the message, allowing us to check in immediately when we arrived at 12 PM the next day. The lady at the front desk was very considerate. After understanding our situation, she kindly offered us a complimentary one-hour late check-out and provided a guide to Liverpool attractions, which really warmed our hearts. The mattress was extremely comfortable. The temperature dropped sharply on the day of our arrival, so having heating in the room was wonderful. The kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with plenty of cookware. The hotel has a self-service laundry room (£4.10 per wash, £2.70 per dry), which is very convenient. Breakfast was £27 for two people. Although a bit pricey, it offered a wide variety of good-quality food. Food was continuously replenished even near closing time, and they also served coffee, mocha, and hot chocolate. The only drawback was the rather small bathroom, where the door easily hit the toilet when opened. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we especially appreciated the friendly and helpful staff."

"Not far from the train station, about a 6 or 7-minute walk. The room size was sufficient. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The free coffee in the lobby was of good quality, a nice bonus."

"Room exceptionally basic, no dressing table or draws in the room, expected at this standard. There was a table, but only 1 chair for double room! Some issues shower had an awful smell, like drainage issue, toilet roll holder was loose and we had to wash the glasses as they were dirty. Breakfast was good, could be better, no poached eggs, black pudding or fried bread. Expected better having stayed at the Glasgow establishment."
