Gyeongju Homestays

It's not exaggerated. Clean facilities, beautiful gardens, modern toilets and air conditioning, private rooms, with TV, electric pot, tea, coffee, sweets, water, refrigerator, hair dryer, etc., almost everything, the price is 30,000 won per person per night Not. Value for money. The only downside is that the place is a bit remote. Still, the bus stop is not far away. If you go to racing and stay, you want to recommend it!

The courtyard is beautiful, the room is clean, and the location is good. You can enjoy the traditional Hanok quietly and leisurely, and it is also convenient to go out to various attractions. The owner is very nice. There are quite a few families with children staying here. Because it is a wooden traditional house, the sound insulation is not good, so I was woken up by the sound of children running around early in the morning. Raw materials are provided for breakfast but you need to prepare or do it yourself, such as fried eggs.

We had a very nice stay at Ran Hanok. Upon arrival we were welcomed and introduced to the building and our room. The Hanok is nicely located close to various historic sites which can be easily reached by walking or cycling along the riverbanks. Breakfast was a bit few (for a european) but was kindly served. The Hanok room has not much of equipment inside which is ok and part of the concept of traditional living. However, the floor heating was a completely new experience. Futon mattresses are kinda thin though and you might experience some back/hip pain.

+ Our host was very friendly and helpful, he drove us to the bus stop as the pension is a bit far from everything. The pension itself is cosy, small and the room we got was big with a kitchen and terasse included. - It's far away from everything, so a car is really recommended. If like us you don't have one and came by train or bus, then it's a bit harder to visit the region.

It was hard to find at first because I checked in at night, It was nice that the boss greeted me warmly even if I went late! Cleanliness is really the best. When I went out at the end, I put a mileage and drank coffee as many as my family members at an unmanned cafe. I'm satisfied, so I'll use it again next time I go to Gyeongju!

The hostel owner is a nice kind lady, very helpful and has a cute fluffy dog! Living room is conducive to meet new people :) Room is clean just like all Korean hostels, though a little cold during winter but there is a bedwarmer. Location is next to a police station so it must be quite safe though it's in an alley. Many shops and eateries nearby, including a convenient bus stop that connects you to all the gyeongju touristic sites that are further away. Hostel is also only a short stroll to the famous tombs and 15mins walk to the intercity bus station which has direct buses to Busan airport.

It was really pleasant and nice! The room is very spacious and the bathroom is very spacious and clean ~! And most of all, the room is a bit cool, and it's hot outside, but it's a bit cool inside, so it was good to sleep! The location is the best

It's a cost-effective accommodation. First of all, it was nice and clean because it was wider than I thought. Amenini and dryer are provided, and 2 water is provided as a basic. The room was really warm, so I slept sweating even in winter ㅎㅎ TV is also big ㅎㅎ It seems to be good to stay lightly!

A modern imitation of a traditional hanok, with an exceptionally good location alongside one set of the royal tumuli, but the construction is poor. It was very difficult to close and lock doors, one window in our room opened into the street-front shop and could not be locked, bathroom floods, shoe box tumbles down if you try to store shoes in it. Room was supposed to have a kettle but they couldn't find one for us. Overpriced given the need for repairs.

Quiet, clean and close to convenience stores (coffee, eggs and gimbap), McDonald's, and other tasty food options. 10-15 minute walk to a street full of restaurants near the Cheomseongdae observatory. Breakfast is toast, jam, and orange juice/coffee/tea. The rooms are clean and there is a nice shower. The sleeping pads are thin so not so comfortable for me and my wife. We slept on two pads and it was okay. But, I liked the peaceful atmosphere and the quiet rest. The kids liked the sleeping pads. Also, nice fluffy comforters and a good air-conditioning unit. Should you stay here? Yes, it is close to the sights and has a quiet atmosphere. Yoo Sook checked us in and was kind. It was self checkout when we left. This hanok is one block from a major street, so easy to find and very convenient. Taxi to train station is 15850. Taxi to Woljeonggyo Bridge or Cheomseongdae observatory is 3500.
