The sink in the bathrooms is not the best both quality and sanitary wise Excellent facilities and good customer service. Very good handling of the staff at the breakfast time, although always busy, the waiters never leave any guest unattended.

Don't guarantee with a Visa credit card. I never filled my credit card with information, only this time. Then a month later, it was stolen a few days ago! Although it is tens of dollars, but the staff of this hotel is too unreliable. Sorry for this brand. No such thing happened to Waldorf as I lived elsewhere. My uncle also said that the hotel had Indian waiters and the attitude was not good. I hope everyone has a heart, don't use visa abroad! !!

Hotel is beautiful and nice room are very good the hotel we really enjoyed the trip thanks for housekeeping staff and service...the property is impressive the location is beautiful had a fabulous time with my family.. room cleaning was amazing...

The resort is nice. The service is very good, and that's what I appreciate. Hushain in room service, Zubair in engineering were very good and efficient. And Maaz in management was so great. Amr and Salesh in the food services were so very helpful. Both very welcoming and accommodating. Amr was so nice with our kids. Julie and shivraj at front desk were kind and helpful. I was in Villa 3, it's close to the restaurant and has a door at The beach for more privacy, but at night due to the open area restaurant nearby has noise and smoke. The outside of the villas is very nice. Huge space. Serene and relaxing The only issue was the villas are a little dated and the light buttons are cumbersome.
