Hotel is new, however it seems it is located in the middle of a failed building project, like a ghost town. Check-in staff and the breakfast staff was nice. Room was clean, but housekeeping did not clean the room until 4pm and I received a call at 6pm asking if I want the room to be serviced. It was way too late for that. Should have been done during the day. WiFi occasionally was not working. I could smell cigarette smoke through the air conditioning. When I wanted to check out the lift was not working, it was difficult to find the way down to the reception due to the lack of proper signs. Would I stay here again? No

I stayed here for a few nights. The heating was sufficient. It was so hot that I had to open the window at night. The house was cleaned every day, and the cleaning supplies were changed every day. The front desk service attitude was super good and enthusiastic. Takeaways were delivered to the door, especially the laundry room, which was amazing! !
