Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and the hallway ceilings are quite low, making it feel somewhat dated. The elevators are also small. Although it's a five-star hotel, it might be a letdown compared to the Le Méridien downtown. We initially booked a twin room, and the space felt very cramped. We later requested to change to a larger king room, and the view of the hotel's village from the window was quite nice.
Ambiance: Its strong point is the private beach, which is perfect for a family vacation. Across the street is the Galleria Mall, and the night view is really stunning. The village has many restaurants, a pool, a gym, a lawn, and even a small pond with lots of turtles.

The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. However, at first there was only one large towel in the room. I called to request more, but it took some time and I had to call again before receiving them. After the cleaning, no fresh towels were provided either. Booked The Sofitel Abu Dhabi for a 3 night stay first week of May for a deluxe room however upon checking in we were delightfully surprised to learn that we had been upgraded to a one bedroom suite 😀

I live staying at the W in different countries/ cities. The breakfast is a hit every time. The rooms are spacious and I was able to get some much needed rest. Valet parking was great and the gentlemen working were AMAZING! I didn’t get a chance to attend the lounge at night for music and vibes but I’ll def come back again. Staff were really friendly and hotel overall was great. However, I will say that the service was appalling. Particularly the room service. Several times over several days, I had called up as not mugs were put in the room, radio didn’t work, no spoons/stirers were there (for example), but no one came. Two times I had to go down to the desk and ask personally and other times, I just forgot about it. This is just a few issues we had.
My thoughts and opinions were shared with staff on checkout and an apology was given, but a good will gesture would have been nice, particularly since I had a list of bad experiences.FromPKR 49,353

One of the highlights was undoubtedly the proximity to the bustling downtown area, offering a plethora of fantastic dining options. However, the real gem was breakfast. We booked and paid for 3 non-smoking rooms in advance through trip.com, but only after getting the keys did the reception reveal that the non-smoking option was “subject to availability” and the 3rd such room was not available. I asked twice on site whether it would still be available today, twice I did not get a straight answer, only that they would inform me. The smoking room was terribly smelly, so I contacted trip.com customer service to cancel the reservation through them. After trip.com customer service contacted the hotel upon my request, the 3rd non-smoking room was found within 15 minutes. Although I appreciate that the matter was resolved, I do not consider it acceptable that a hotel, which had confirmed a room months ago, is not able to provide it without the customer service of the accommodation booking site. I find it quite inconceivable that they finally prepared a room for us in 15 minutes. The hotel's furnishings are old, but the rooms were otherwise very clean and we were satisfied with the breakfast. The room was good. But the temperature knob of the tap for the shower was not well repaired, it almost hit my foot. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety, but there was no Thai style that much, and it was almost the same for 6 nights that I have stayed.

The seafood buffet for two at AED 390 is a great deal, though the taste is just average, and dining options nearby are limited, mostly consisting of hotels and upscale residences. It's a 15-minute drive to the mosque and 30 minutes to the Louvre Museum. After 11 AM, you can enjoy a small boat ride around the hotel, which can be a bit dull but adds to the activities available. It was a lovely stay for my anniversary, the welcome was really warm, and the special anniversary arrangements added more spice for the special occasion. A lovely chocolate moose cake, and a sweet red rose petals with towels gooses on the bed! That was really cool. The dinner was great alongside with the breakfast. This hotel is perfect for a stay in Abu dhabi. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and catering staff accommodated me being vegan. They gave me a selection of vegan options every morning. We ate at two restaurants in the hotel, Indigo (indian) and Prego (Italian) both were very nice. The hotel is attached to Abu Dhabi mall which was vegan convenient having a toddler with us, many child friendly places in the mall. The hotel also has a baby pool and kids play room which was nice. Such a fabulous hotel, from the start we were warmly welcomed into the hotel, the frontline staff were also very helpful informing us about the Grand Hyatt app and opportunity to receive discounts at any restaurants at the hotel. Immaculate rooms with stunning views, excellent choice of food for breakfast especially as we were vegetarian, nothing was too much for the staff, they really went out of there way to make our stay special.
We had dinner at the Italian restaurant Verso, unfortunately most of the pastas contained egg, so I asked if they could mix the pasta with the sauce I wanted, they simply just reinvented a new dish for me which was so tasty I came back for more.
However what truly made this hotel stand out was their service, especially the concierge team. Bikram is such an asset to your team. Whenever asking for what to do and where to go even for food nothing was too much for him. He even went as far as to book the tickets on our behalf for an attraction. Always a smiling face and this accompanied with an iPad that had such a wealth of information was a real breathe of fresh air for us, such good service is rare, so please extend our sincere thanks to him.

Had a good stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Maryah Island recently. Despite maintenance work being carried out during my visit, the hotel did a commendable job of keeping service interruptions and noise to a minimum, which was pleasantly surprising and appreciated.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a very convenient location, especially with the direct link to The Galleria Mall. The standard room was perfectly convenient and met expectations. Cleanliness: the room and the bathroom facilities is pitch-perfect clean. No water stains at all. The bath tub is also cleaned thoroughly, which is important.
Location: The view is good but not the best.

I have a beautiful experience staying at The Edition Abu Dhabi. Checking-in was fast and smooth. We got a twin room at the corner of the building with a not so nice view. After requesting for a change they did it swiftly. The hotel also let you rent abaya for free to visit the Grand Mosque. The concierge team especially Gigih has been very helpful. We had our late lunch at Alba Terrace. The restaurant manager was friendly and even helped us coordinate with the concierge to move our taxi booking to later timing as we were still having our late lunch. When I came back from visiting Grand Mosque I found medicine box organizer with a lovely note from Lhamu HK team on my side table as my medicines were scattered on the table. How thoughtful was that!

The water is crystal clear, shimmering in the sunlight. It's a true jelly-like sea, a glassy sea 💙. The water is truly aquamarine 💎. The Jumeirah Hotel's pool design seems to mimic the color of the ocean, from shallow to deep, with a gradient color on the bottom. The hotel design is impeccable, with a predominantly white color scheme that's modern and upscale. The balcony in the sea view room is a bit small, with limited sea views, but the bathtub is quite large. The complimentary Jumeirah fabric bag provided in the room is often seen carried by the hotel. It's very practical and waterproof, perfect for carrying things to the beach. The gym is a bit far from the hotel building, requiring a walk. It was hot, sunny, and humid this time, and I really didn't want to go outside. However, the gym is large, with a ladies-only gym. It has a full range of equipment, including a stair climbing machine. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, offering not only Western options but also Chinese options like spring rolls, steamed buns, dumplings, porridge, fried rice, and ice cream. I highly recommend the traditional Arabic dessert, halwa, which is small and tastes a bit like halva sesame candy. It's delicious here, moist and sweet, and pairs perfectly with coffee.
