I've traveled to dozens of countries, but I've never encountered hotel staff as attentive and friendly as Selam and Robel. Because of them, I will definitely choose Hilton in the future. I've never felt this way in other hotels; it's truly a first for me. They are invaluable employees.

I stayed at Jano Hotel in Addis Ababa for 3 nights, and I can say it was a very pleasant experience overall! The hotel is very nice – the rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering real comfort. The staff was friendly and attentive to details, making me feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was decent, although I would have liked a greater variety of options to make it even more appealing. The only less ideal aspect was the access road, which is quite bad and can be a challenge, but once you arrive at the hotel, everything more than makes up for it. I warmly recommend Jano Hotel to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot in Addis at an excellent price-quality ratio!

The staff were polite, humble and respectful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The Airport shuttle transfer was on time. Staying at Stay Easy Plus Hotel was a wonderful experience.

I have been to Addis Ababa several times and I always like to stay in this hotel. The decoration and materials of the hotel are imported from China, and they are also of Chinese quality. I have high requirements for hygiene. Whether it is the lobby or the room, it is very hygienic and I am very satisfied. Whether it is the service staff or the boss of the hotel, they are very polite and enthusiastic. The price of the restaurant is also very reasonable. If the Chinese stomach is not particularly picky, whether it is pasta or fried rice, the taste is not bad. Although the breakfast is simpler, for me, eggs, fresh juice, and carbohydrates are enough. The only drawback is that the road at the door is not very flat and the quality of toilet paper is very average, but I got used to it after watching it in Ethiopia. The airport is free of charge.

A Deeply Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience at Skylight Hotel I stayed in a mini suite at Skylight Hotel, and I was shocked by how terrible the experience turned out to be. The staff were rude, impatient, and made me feel completely unwelcome from the moment I arrived. For the high price I paid, I expected decent service – instead, I was treated with disrespect and inflexibility. Friends and family who came to visit me were not even allowed to come up to my room. I wasn’t trying to throw a party – just to see my loved ones for a short visit – and even that was forbidden. The hotel felt more like a guarded facility than a place of hospitality. Worse still, the treatment I received clearly depended on the color of my skin. White guests were treated with smiles, courtesy, and flexibility. I, on the other hand, was made to feel like I didn’t belong there. It was blatant discrimination, and I will not stay silent about it. I had originally planned to extend my stay for three more nights, but after one evening, I made the immediate decision to leave. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and this was by far the worst service I’ve ever received. Skylight Hotel should be ashamed. I will never return – and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

Free pick-up, waiting for about ten minutes (more than half an hour for another hotel). The hotel staff also took the bus.

Although the hotel didn't quite surpass my expectations, it still provided a decent experience overall. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While it may not have had standout features, it offered all the essential amenities one would expect. Therefore, I would rate it a respectable 6 out of 10. While it didn't leave a lasting impression, it served as a satisfactory choice for a pleasant stay.
