Some staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress.
Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas.
There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal.
The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager.
Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.From$50

I recently chose this hotel on a business trip. Upon arriving at the lobby, my first impression was the spacious, bright, and airy space. The overall decor is simple, elegant, and stylish, instantly relaxing. During check-in, the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and efficient, proactively informing me about the hotel's amenities and breakfast hours, which truly warmed my heart.
Entering the room, I found the overall layout to be well-organized, with excellent use of space. However, I quickly noticed some of the amenities showing signs of age. The bedside lamp shade was a bit yellowed, the bathroom faucet wasn't flowing smoothly, and the shower head was a bit old, with uneven flow. The TV also looked old, with average picture quality and smoothness.
Thankfully, the bedding was clean and tidy, making it very comfortable and allowing for a good night's sleep. While the bathroom was dated, it was kept very clean and odor-free. The hotel's surroundings are quite good, with shopping and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for both dining and shopping.
Although the amenities are a bit dated, considering the friendly service of the staff and the hotel's convenient location, the overall experience was quite satisfactory. I hope the hotel can update and upgrade its facilities in the future, which will definitely be better. I will consider staying here next time if I have the chance.From$71

The decoration of this hotel is top-notch in Ethiopia, but the training is not in place. I just checked in and took a nap on the bed. The waiter knocked on the door and swiped his card to come in and said he wanted to change the towels. It would be better to tell the time for breakfast.
