Breakfast is a good mix of sweet and savory, western and local.
Wellness center was not a great experience though. I booked a Swedish massage but wasn't convinced. And I was given a bath robe that was torn.

Some staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress.
Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas.
There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal.
The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager.
Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.From$60

The environment is not bad, weddings are often held, and the view from the balcony is also pleasant. The facilities are so bad. There is insufficient pressure in the faucet. Turning on the faucet is like firing a machine gun. I can't take a shower without leaving it on for half an hour. The food in the restaurant is terrible, both for breakfast and dinner. The service feedback speed was very poor and the service attitude was mediocre. I called for service and it took three hours to arrive. In the evening, I was told to check out the next day. The waiter banged on the door at 23:00 at night and urged me to pay for a bottle of water. There are no instructions on how to use the phone.
The most difficult thing to say is the faucet. It makes a lot of noise when the water is stopped. The faucet keeps activating like a pump that cannot pump water.
The service attitude of the waiter is better than that of the manager. The manager has a big airs, but the waiter is more considerate of the guests.From$42
