Condo sleeps 6: * King in master with bathroom; * Queen in 2nd BR (half bath); * 2 twins in 3rd BR (hall bath). ***Self check-in and self check-out. Individual codes for keypad on front door.***This is a no smoking property. No smoking in the condo, or around the pool, elevators, second floor common areas. No candles.Parking passes (2) provided for your stay. Renters park in the designated spaces in front of the building, not under the buildings. There are carts to load/unload your belongings and take up the elevator to the condo.*********Please use the shower down at the beach walkway between the two buildings to shower off any sandy toys, chairs, kids before coming up on to the condo. However, we strongly recommend that these structures are not left up overnight. Objects left on the beach overnight may interfere with nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, and they also have a tendency to go missing when they are left unattended. In order to keep your visit safe and enjoyable, we suggest that any structures be removed from the beach at night. Monthly rates will have two cleanings - one in the middle, and one at the end.This unit is privately owned. The home features two small balconies...one in front with an ocean view and the other balcony is in the back. You can walk across the street to the public pristine beach. You are in close proximity to a wide array of boating & fishing activities (Fishing Pier), shopping, dining, and a multitude of other area attractions. Relax at the pool located right behind this house where you can lounge in the sun, surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops is open to the Family Room.
