The Bellanca Hotel is ideally located, close to the Casino, with a direct view on the harbor and access to the beach. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us - they gave my son a little souvenir, he was delighted to get it. Rooms are cosy, extremely clean, and have all that is needed. The only thing we liked less about our stay is not about the hotel per se but that some guests talked loudly in the common area until midnight to the point it was hard to sleep. Catalina's Premier Bay View Vacation Home. Views Views Views… from this vantage point you can see everything from almost every room. Partially newly re-modeled in 2014, 5 bedroom, 3 baths. Large dining area for 14, wet bar, fireplace, full kitchen with granite countertops, newly upgraded bathrooms. Shared patio deck area 2 flights of stairs down. Very easy walk to town, beaches and boats. From this hillside perch sit back with a glass of wine and watch the boats, birds and sealife move about. At night keep you eye out for the family of deer that roam the park below. Have your carrots or apples ready.This house is NOT handicapped accessible. There are about 60 stairs to get into the home. Once you get to the top, you'll agree the stairs were worth the climb. Also not recommended for toddler age children or elderly due to the amount of stairs outside and inside. Rolling luggage recommend for the walk from the ferry. Or you may take a taxi. Keywords: Short walk to boats, beach, restaurants and shops. Newly remodeled master bath, granite kitchen countertops, fireplace, BBQ, microwave, flat screen (Internet TV only), 14 seat dining table with incredible views. My girlfriend and I were pretty hungry when we arrived and saw The Original Anthony’s across the street , luckily the front desk has a storage area/ bell closet they will hold your luggage free of cost while you are away. Great location , clean clean rooms, water pressure and quality was luring , and great Concierge service for extra towels and whatever you may need. Bathroom was very small like a half bath made into a full bath with a shower. Shower was less than 3 ft wide by 3 ft deep and I would say 7 feet high. The Bellanca Hotel is ideally located, close to the Casino, with a direct view on the harbor and access to the beach. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us - they gave my son a little souvenir, he was delighted to get it. Rooms are cosy, extremely clean, and have all that is needed. The only thing we liked less about our stay is not about the hotel per se but that some guests talked loudly in the common area until midnight to the point it was hard to sleep. When we notified the staff they took care of it.
