The Bellanca Hotel is ideally located, close to the Casino, with a direct view on the harbor and access to the beach. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us - they gave my son a little souvenir, he was delighted to get it. Rooms are cosy, extremely clean, and have all that is needed. The only thing we liked less about our stay is not about the hotel per se but that some guests talked loudly in the common area until midnight to the point it was hard to sleep. Catalina's Premier Bay View Vacation Home. Views Views Views… from this vantage point you can see everything from almost every room. Partially newly re-modeled in 2014, 5 bedroom, 3 baths. Large dining area for 14, wet bar, fireplace, full kitchen with granite countertops, newly upgraded bathrooms. Shared patio deck area 2 flights of stairs down. Very easy walk to town, beaches and boats. From this hillside perch sit back with a glass of wine and watch the boats, birds and sealife move about. At night keep you eye out for the family of deer that roam the park below. Have your carrots or apples ready.This house is NOT handicapped accessible. There are about 60 stairs to get into the home. Once you get to the top, you'll agree the stairs were worth the climb. Also not recommended for toddler age children or elderly due to the amount of stairs outside and inside. Rolling luggage recommend for the walk from the ferry. Or you may take a taxi. Keywords: Short walk to boats, beach, restaurants and shops. Enjoy our second home as your vacation home for your visit to Catalina, with walking distance to all the fun activities. Check in was very smooth. My girlfriend and I were pretty hungry when we arrived and saw The Original Anthony’s across the street , luckily the front desk has a storage area/ bell closet they will hold your luggage free of cost while you are away. Great location , clean clean rooms, water pressure and quality was luring , and great Concierge service for extra towels and whatever you may need. This was an older property, built in 1910. Buildings were clean and upgraded, somewhat. Our room had a slanted floor, which apparently other guests had complained about. Didn't really bother us much. Bathroom was very small like a half bath made into a full bath with a shower. Shower was less than 3 ft wide by 3 ft deep and I would say 7 feet high. Come enjoy our premium, hilltop corner unit in Avalon's 24/7 guard-gated Hamilton Cove with expansive 35 foot balcony and unobstructed, stunning ocean views! We also include our new golf cart (replaced in October 2025.) The condo is only one set of stairs from the top road (Plaza Azul) in building 2 and ultra convenient with only 21 steps! We just remodeled our place with new carpet, new stove, new microwave, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new LG Smart TVs (65" and 55"), all new pillows, sheets, blankets, duvets, towels, artwork, patio furniture, 2-in-1 coffee center and new Verizon 5G Business Class WiFi (up to 200 Mbps.). We have one of the more rare wood-burning fireplaces, and our condo features wall-to-wall ocean views due to two sets of dual French doors and the dining room with bay windows. Both the living room and master bedroom have no neighbor above them, as this is a "pop out" corner unit near the top with the vaulted ceilings. Your stay includes complimentary use of our 4-seat Yamaha golf cart with free, dedicated parking conveniently located at the top road and not at the base of the development. Amenities include swimming pool, spa, fitness facilities, saunas, Hamilton Cove beach, 18-hole miniature golf, two tennis courts, a badminton/croquet area, children's playground, beach volleyball, and outdoor grills.
